I took my chances and went with the $3 choice. As a new coffee drinker, I'm not too picky about where I get my caffeine fix, and this CVS refrigerated option did the trick. What surprised me most was how big and clean this CVS was--especially for a downtown location! The aisles were neatly organized, everything was easy to find, and the parking right outside was a lifesaver for my morning commuter rush. Staff rotates, where in the past you would always see the same people. It is evident that the staff hates their jobs-it shows. I have to ask over and over for medications to be put on auto refill and it rarely happens. There is a new young man now on the pharmacy staff who is curt, rude and who has zero empathy or customer service.
