I never received a tracking number or any shipping confirmation. After waiting 12 days with no communication, I called to ask about the delivery and received multiple conflicting explanations. First, I was told I was supposed to pick it up in person. Then I was told it had already been delivered. Finally, I was told it had been returned to the pharmacy due to a USPS issue. At no point was I notified of any of this. I was then told to contact USPS myself, even though I was never given a tracking number. As the sender, the pharmacy should have handled this. Due to the lack of communication and professionalism, I no longer felt comfortable doing business with this pharmacy and requested a refund. I would not recommend this pharmacy based on my experience.
