would give it less but then I wouldn't be able to tell yall what happened. Pharmacy gave my meds to someone else or their employee took it (wouldn't surprise me ) so now I can't get it filled and dr thinks I filled too many so kicked me out. FU Walgreens ! read more

Damn, if you guys are that slammed, maybe y'all need to hire some more staff. I sympathize with the staff as I've worked at understaffed jobs before and know how frustrating it can be to be spread so thin, but it's the management's job to have their workplace adequately staffed. Especially at the pharmacy. I was on the phone for well over half an hour. For the first ten minutes, there were two callers ahead of me. For the next thirty minutes, there was one caller ahead of me. That was my second phone call of the day, my first one had me on hold for 6 minutes before I hung up. I can't transfer my prescription online so my choices are either go in person (I can't as I have work) or call, but shoot I can't be on a call for almost an hour. At least they had a button that let me stop the hold music (it's the * button), so that's a plus. I can't comment on the attitude of the staff since I didn't get a chance to talk to them, but I'd understand it if they were grumpy. I would be too if I was so busy that I couldn't even answer two callers. read more
