I use 1st street pharmacy and they were randomly closed on a Wednesday. Was told to call route 48 to transfer prescription. Waited 25 minutes on hold only to be hung up on once it started ringing. Never using Walgreens again. read more

Walgreens on 36 pharmacy is absolutely the worst. Will not ever get a prescription filled there again !! They tell you it'll be ready you go to get it and low and behold not ready . Even called waited on the phone 50:04 minutes finally answered. TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!! Will definitely not recommend to anyone I know read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely pathetic pharmacy. Not one person working in the pharmacy knows how to provide customer service. And they don't care if you have a bad experience. Worst ever. read more

Poor customer service, on the sales floor. People on the floor act like you are a problem just for asking where something is . I'm talking about the 2 men that work there. They need to be fired. One actually lays on the floor when he put stuff away . So Professional right ? read more

Doesn't matter if you sign up for an appointment for Covid 19 vaccine. They take walk ins before you, even when they came in after you. Pharmacy staff act like you are the problem if you ask them why other people are being seen before you. Pharmacist gave vague instructions to get in line behind other people who were waiting for shot. So I did. They never called me to come up for my paperwork. When I went to inquire, they gave me paperwork but insisted there were people before me. There actually had been one person before me. But nurse? made me wait until last to get my vaccine. Not a big deal in the scheme of things but poor service, poor communication, and poor attitude. Long story short, don't bother making an appointment to get Covid-19 vaccine. Just walk in. read more

Bryan in the pharmacy is amazing. He is always so caring and patient for my needs. He even speaks Spanish fluently for my mother who has a hard time explaining details in English. So lucky to have him working on our prescriptions after our last pharmacy closed. read more

I…read moresaw online that there was an incredible, almost too good to be true deal on them..at check out I used the promo codes I had, and they ended up only costing me $15 and some change. The next day, 9-25-17, while at work, the manager from Sally's called my place of employment and told me I must return those clippers I purchased, because according to her I used "fraudulent codes!" I gave the codes posted online, and the worker and computer accepted it. When I told the manager on the phone that I need someone from corporate to contact me so we could speak, she got pretty angry and I felt threatened. She told me not only do they have all my card information that they will be passing on to corporate, but I should expect a call from both corporate and her district manager. Now I'm concerned that not only will I be continued to be harassed at my place of employment, but I am worried what they will do with my card information. I would advise everyone to take their business elsewhere. And I welcome corporate to contact me so we can talk about the harassment I had to endure.

Then she said that she has to charge me an extra $20.00 because I had long hair. I said yes, but I only wanted my crown area done. She didn't budge. I said the only way you can see the true color was if the hair was dry, so I had to get the hair blow dried. Soooooo, $100.00 later you can barely see a difference in my hair color.
