The next night, I noticed a stye on my left eye, specifically on the upper waterline. I only used the mascara ONE time and it caused a stye, which I've never had before in my life. I tried exchanging it for another product since they do not do returns they said there's "nothing we can do" and that all sales are final. I asked "Even if the product is defective? It caused a stye on my eye." She said she would get the manager and went to the back but then came out without the manager and then repeated to me that there is nothing that can be done. Not to mention, there were like 25 tubes of this same mascara set up on the counter to be sold 50% off original price. Wonder why. They seem like very kind people but clearly customer satisfaction is not their top priority. Sad to say they lost a loyal customer.
