Was on hold for 45 minutes to check in on my prescription that was sent by my doctor three days ago but it still hasn't been filled. Then they are "on their meal break" at 10:15am which seems a little early for lunch. Especially because their normal break is 1:30-2pm. If u go to pick up ur prescription the line inside the pharmacy is 30 minutes and the drive up looks like an in and out drive thru. This location has become totally non-functional. I tried to get a prescription filled here because it is near my home. I got a message that there was a problem with insurance approval. I tried to call, but after 45 minutes on hold, the line was disconnected. I went in early the next morning but had to wait because the cash registers were'nt working. Finally, I got to speak with someone, and she admitted that the staff was hundreds of prescriptions behind, and that there wasn't a even pharmacist working there. Absolutely the worst Walgreens location- specifically the pharmacy. I have spent hours on hold with the pharmacy where no one has ever picked up. I even went to the pharmacy to talk to someone because I couldn't talk to a single person over the phone, only to find the drive-thru was closed due to high volume, and the line to talk to the pharmacist crazy long. Makes no sense. My refills are consistently incorrect, leaving me to pay out of pocket at other pharmacies since I can't skip my medications. Don't even think about getting your prescription filled here-you'll die first. If you call, you'll be on hold for an hour, then get a message "the pharmacy is on break now." If you go to the pharmacy inside the store, there's only one cashier helping a line that's to the back of the store while 3 staff are in the back roaming around. Horrible service. The only reason I created an account with Yelp was to expose this store. I scheduled a required COVID test, called to see if I could come in early to which I was told that would be "ideal" because the woman was the only pharm tech there for the day. That should have been my first indication to book somewhere else. When I went to test, the woman was rude (obviously stressed and stretched beyond her abilities). I have done many tests in the past so knew the protocol, and attempted to make things as quick as possible for her. That was my second mistake. Flash forward to 48 hours after my test. When results were received, they were inconclusive as the technician failed to put my patient identifiers on the tube itself, with the ramification being me not allowed at my clinical site. While I understand the tech was the only one working the day my test was taken, and that staffing is an ongoing problem at most Walgreens due to the way they treat their staff members, this mistake was unacceptable. When I called the store to make this mistake known, it was after pharmacy hours. The first TWO times, I was hung up on. The first time without speaking to someone, and the second time by the manager who clearly requires more conflict management training. When I called back for the third time, we spoke and I finally gave the manager information for the pharmacy manager to get in contact with me when they arrive tomorrow. I do not recommend this store to anyone except those looking to buy a quick beverage and snack (and that is generous). There is a concrete reason this store has the rating it does. read more

I needed a prescription filled, after getting a root canal and was told by the staff that it would take over 2 hours to fill this STAT order. I asked them why and they said 2 people called in sick. I work in healthcare and when someone calls in sick we call in someone to help. I spoke with the manager there and he didn't seem to care that I was told to start antibiotic stat. I asked him if he knew what stat meant, he said condescendingly, "When we get to it." I'm am done shopping at Walgreens. read more

When it comes to this Walgreens, I hate to say it, but they just don't have it together. I hate writing reviews like this, but after my many poor experiences here, it's time I be honest. Pharmacy: I live right by this Walgreens and will no longer go here after the several failed attempts to process my prescription. If I'm going to fill a prescription here I will submit the refill days in advance and then come. They take way too long too long to refill prescriptions for same day. The last time I filled my prescription here, i came by 4 hours after the prescription was submitted and it still wasn't filled. When I went to the window they said to come back in 30 mins, so I sat in the parking lot for 30 mins and went back and they still did not have the prescription filled and told me it was a "miscommunication". I'm not sure what was miscommunicated. I have also had a bad experience when trying to submit a vacation override with them. I called my insurance 3 times because Walgreens kept saying it was my insurance who was holding it up. It ended up being that the Walgreens pharmacists were not calling the pharmacy hotline on my insurance, like I had suggested a couple times. Every time I use this photo department to process my photos I get numerous photos that are chopped off and not printed correctly. Cleanliness: Not the cleanest store. Items seem a bit disorganized and the floor and bathrooms don't seem to be kept clean. Where do I start; they have sent me voice mails regarding my prescription being ready and when I show up and have to wait at least 30 minutes in drive through or walk up and being told it's not ready on numerous occasions, only to receive another voicemail after I leave to tell me there was an issue. Or having to wait 3 weeks for my infant sons much needed medication, without being able to get someone on the phone to figure out what is going on. This place has been nothing short of a nightmare to deal with, we're still without medication and no answers. DO NOT SHOW UP THERE WITHOUT CONFIRMATION, your order will not be ready. And when you voice your frustrations with staff it can get ugly. Went to have TB skin test performed and was not notified that the reading was an additional charge of 25$ for less than 1 min being in office and I could have told you it was negative. The NP should have informed me prior to doing my intial skin test of the charge. Very misleading and cheap. I won't be using clinic again. I had a terrible experience in this Walgreens. I was reaching for something off of a shelf and one of the adjacent shelves was not aligned flush with the adjacent shelf and I cut my finger on a jagged metal edge. Worse, it was kind of rusty metal. Bleeding profusely from a deep cut on my finger, I complained to the manager. Unfortunately, he didn't really do anything about it. No real apology, no offer of some bandages or neosporin, nothing. Not even sure if he spoke English. Anyway, it's a pretty iffy store, especially for a Walgreens. This is the worst pharmacy on the planet. The lines are long, the wait is always insane no matter if you go inside or drive through. Sometimes the staff is nice, sometimes rude as hell. 2 days in a row I have needed to pick up an eye drop prescription. Yesterday I walked in to drop it off. I was told it would only be a few minutes. The girl filled my prescription and then failed to call me, despite me sitting in the waiting area. Another girl working behind the counter saw me still sitting patiently after watching all the others filling prescriptions come & leave, and called me over. Today, I dropped my prescription off through the drive thru. I was quoted about an hour and a half. I got there an hour and 45 minutes later for my order to "not quite be ready"....(give me 3 minutes to put the box of drops in a baggie)... I'm only giving the 2nd star because the girl yesterday was extra helpful. I decided to come to this Walgreens since it was open until midnight. I got there and the lights were on but the doors were locked with the keys in the door, which is probably the dumbest idea ever if you ask me. I decided to call the store since it was only 10:30 when I showed up. The lady who answered the phone, was first of all super rude, she told me that the store was closed and I politely corrected her and told her that the store doesn't close until midnight, not only does it say it on the website, and Google maps, but it also says it on the phone operating system when I called the store. They don't acknowledge you, could care less if you're needing help from one of them. I seem to have similar experiences than those that reviewed before me, but, WOW, the pharmacy/healthcare department is terrible. Not only is the pharmacy ungodly slow, but the NP I saw for my appointment was extremely rude. When I first entered into the room with her, she asked what was going on/needed to be fixed. I started describing what was wrong and before I could finish she said (with a condescending giggle), "There's nothing you can do about that!". I won't go into detail about our entire "conversation" (if that's what you want to call what happened), but I felt ill-informed and she seemed pretty irritated at my presence and didn't give me any information about what she prescribed me without me asking first. To add to the list, I've taken one dose of the prescription and won't take anymore due to bad side-effects. I'm not a doctor or in the healthcare field at all, but my prescription seemed WAY too strong for the problem I was having. Clinic and pharmacy aside, the store is fine. This pharmacy is the worst. I had an appointment for a flu shot and when I arrived I had to get into the general long pharmacy line. Then when I finally got up to the counter they said it would be at least a 45 minute wait, the same as if I didn't have an appointment. What's the point of having an appointment?? On top of that the pharmacist was rude and didn't care. I left and went to CVS for my flu shot and had a good experience. I will never go to that pharmacy again. This Walgreens has great stock on products. Plus the pharmacy and PA are awesome too. Any time I need a vaccination I go here. They always fill my prescription quickly and easily. Anytime I have a question the pharmacist is available for questions. They also have a drive through if you don't want to get out of your. The 24 hour photo is more like 20 minutes. If you order a picture off the app or go in to print they can pretty much do it immediately. read more
