If I could give zero stars I would. I got two phone calls and texts saying my prescriptions are ready for pickup. I tried going to get in the store but there was a sign saying drive-through only, but the drive through line was so long it was backing out into Irving street so I couldn't even join the line. Then I come back the next morning, am in line for seriously 45 minutes trying to stay zen. I get to the window and guess what, they say they are out of both of my prescriptions and that they aren't getting them back in stock and that need to get my doctor to call them in somewhere else. Meanwhile my account details are still telling me that my prescriptions are available for pickup and so I cannot even transfer them to another pharmacy! Like wtf! The woman working there was the least helpful person absolutely ever. And I think the line was so long bc every other person was also having issues getting their prescriptions. Why is this Walgreens allowed to even say they have a pharmacy??? Nobody has given more than one star review in like over a year. Fire these ppl who "work" there and shut it dowwwwwn bc it is literally ruining everyone's days. read more

Hands down the worst Walgreens. They continuously mess up my prescriptions and are so slow. I witnessed them tell three people including myself that they couldn't fill their prescriptions that they had promised them over the phone. DO NOT TRUST THEM. I am now spending hundreds of dollars and hours for a prescription at the ER because they promised me they would refill a SEIZURE medication that they could not fill. This Walgreens was awesome at helping me out with an issue at the photo department that I had at another location, I came here to resolve it. They were so much faster and effective in getting me passport photos. A previously visited Walgreens location on Alameda and Federal blvd charged me twice for passport photos that were unacceptable in the application process. Half of half a star. If you can get what you need anywhere else, save yourself the trouble and go there. These people were 2 days late on a same day photo order, broke 3 different deadlines they gave me on getting it done, and were nearly all (not all) rude. Managers can't be trusted. Understaffed (I know, so is everyone). Get away and stay away. read more

The pharmacy is terrible. If there is more than one person ahead of you in line, expect to wait 15-20 minutes. I always call ahead to make sure my prescription is ready but they can NEVER FIND it, which furthers the wait time. I'm switching immediately. read more

Prescription was sent to the wrong Walgreens after I moved. Had my partner pick up a medication for me as I was working and kept getting notifications from Walgreens to pick it up. They did NOT run my medication through the proper insurance, despite the fact I used the exact same insurance during my previous Walgreens visit, and charged me $150 for something that should've been $6 with my appropriate insurance. Spent hours on the phone and IN PERSON to be told that they couldn't do anything to help me without the small paper receipt they provided. THEY were the ones who screwed up and now I have to pay extra for it. Absolutely horrendous experience. DO NOT get your meds filled here. It will take you a decade to get to a human and even longer to get the information you need. read more

People wait in a drive thru lane because it's supposed to be faster than going inside, that is not the case here. I have never felt inclined to post a review about a pharmacy until now. This Walgreens pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my life. After your doctor calls in a prescription you will not get any sort of updates from the store on the status of your prescription. If you do call the robot will say that they are "still working on it". But no chance in getting a real person to answer, I was on for 30 min and gave up. Tried calling at another time, no luck. At this point it's been a week and this medication is time sensitive. I even tried to call up the nearby CVS pharmacy to see if they could transfer the prescription and they said they would be able to but this particular Walgreens does not answer their phone calls so it takes them around a week to transfer the prescriptions. They said that they've had many other people call them with the same issue...RED FLAG. Drive up window is closed during normal business hours and in person line is 20 people long. Your prescription WILL fall into a black hole and I don't know when I will even be able to get it. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE read more

There is a reason local Dr offices and Urgent Cares advise against using this pharmacy. One actually has signs up about how bad the customer service is. I received a text that my prescription was out of stock and would delayed. After multiple phone calls with 30+ minute holds only to be automatically hung up on I went into the store. I was told it would be "months" before my medicine was in stock. Instead of being delayed it was just cancelled without my knowledge. It's seriously the worst pharmacy I've ever used. With the shortage of employees I'm sure good help is hard to find but once that gets better hopefully they fire the trash employees there now and replace them with competent ones. read more

Trash trash trash. Wish I could give zero stars. I was in urgent need of a prescription. They told me it'd be ready the following day at 2:30. I called that morning to see if I could pick it up at before 2:30 but they told me no and that I could only pick it up after 2:30. I showed up at 3:15 for them to tell me that my script wouldn't be ready for another 2 days. Unbelievable there was zero notification/communication, etc. for such a basic medication I obviously needed ASAP. I was told I could just submit it with another Walgreens location and they could fill it and it wouldn't be an issue. I reached out to another location to get this filled and a few hours later was told there was an issue with my insurance because there was a redundant prescription. Absolute joke. Why when I come to this location 20 minutes before closing time (12am as advertised online and over the phone) they are already closed! Doors locked and employees ignore me standing at the entrance. In an emergency situation this is the only store "open" nearby and how disappointing they close early! Thanks a lot! read more

This is the absolute the worst service I have ever received at any business, much less a healthcare establishment. On numerous occasions I have tried to refill a prescription at the pharmacy. The prescription never gets refilled, they say they faxed the provider and when I call the provider he states, sorry once again I have not received anything from the pharmacy. Don't try to call on the phone. I just spent 45 min waiting and was then disconnected. This is the second time I have had to personally drive to the pharmacy to speak to the chief pharmacist to get a prescription filled. The only real perk to Walgreens (over other chains) is the sheer size of the chain and the drive-thru. The drive through is "broken". During a Pandemic. That's not ok for more than a minute. Especially if it's for days, not minutes. The last time I moved I transferred my RXs between 2 Walgreens. I've done that before but this time it didn't take. After 3 months, I'm thinking it's this particular store's disorganization. One more thing: "JUST SO YOU KNOW" is not a polite phrase. Practically driven to the brink of insanity listening to, "We're sorry, our staff is answering other calls. Please hold on and we will be with you shortly," playing perpetually. To then just be no help at all. If you are in need of a pharmacy that can refill medications that you actually are dependent upon for staying in good health, go to a different pharmacy. Never make the time to write negative reviews, but Walgreens is an awful pharmacy. I had gotten approval for a medication, went to pick it up before I ran out and the location was temporarily closed with no notice beforehand and no sign of when it would be open again. Transferred prescription to pick it up at this location and my doctors approval was lost through the transfer for some reason that has still not been explained???My doctor has yet to approve this same prescription they had already approved before the transfer and I'm currently having the worst withdrawals from my medication. I feel awful. This experience has definitely led to me to completely avoid another walgreens pharmacy experience again. To reiterate because I am so incredibly upset, I feel absolutely sick because of my medication withdrawals, all because I transferred a medication that was already approved. I am absolutely so furious. I have so so many other complaints about the pharmacy but I don't have the energy to recite them. Never again will I be picking up a prescription from Walgreens. The pharmacy at this Walgreens is terrible. I was on vacation and had strep throat. Arrived at 1000 to get antibiotics and a "miracle mouthwash" apparently the mouthwash had to be mixed so the tech told me 30 minutes. No big deal. 45 minutes later two guys that were told 15 minutes walked out upset. At an hour I walked up to see if I had maybe missed my name being called. Nope, got busy and haven't gotten to it. They were very sorry but not enough for the pharmacist to step away and take care of it. Finally left minus mouthwash. Just tell someone if you are going to have them wait hours. Do not fill your prescription here. They never get past the "received" phase. I had one sent in and a day later it was still just received. I tried calling and was on hold for hours multiple times. The two times I got a live person, when I explained my situation they said "let me transfer you to someone that can help" then put me on hold in the back of the line where I was for another hour until the call dropped. I eventually went in and they were rude and told me it would be filled in 10 minutes. I walked around the store for 15 minutes and then went back to pick it up. The woman didn't remember me and it ended up not being filled. It took another 30 minutes for it to be filled, with the woman at the computer having to ask the pharmacists multiple times to fill it. Another prescription, the same thing happened with it never getting past the received phase. I called multiple times, never was able to talk to someone. I ended up transferring it to a different Walgreens and it was filled within an hour. I'm now dealing with the same issue again (it's been 2 days in the "received" phase) and just transferred it to another store. Also this pharmacy has weird hours. It says pharmacists take a lunch break from 1-1:30, however I've called at 10am before and the phone said the pharmacy was closed for lunch. And then I'll go on a weekday at 6 and the pharmacy is randomly closed, when it should be open. Highly suggest avoiding it at all costs. read more

Like the other reviews say, the pharmacy is absolutely terrible. Had to wait in line for 50 minutes to check in for my booster. Booster itself took ten seconds. Got stuck in the parking lot another ten minutes because the drive thru pharmacy line was so bad that it blocked everyone in. Never again. read more

I came to their healthcare clinic hoping I could get looked at for an allergic reaction I was having. I've been to other location's healthcare clinics and they have always been nice and understanding (Las Vegas, Houston). I have never had an allergic reaction and I had broken out in rashes all over my face and body and was a little desperate. I checked my phone and it said they had available time slots open so I went in person because my phone was dying and I couldn't waste battery to set my appointment and was only a 5 minute Uber ride away but wasn't sure either if I would make certain slots. I get there and it says all slots are filled now. I decided to wait and ask if she really cant take me. I get there at 5:30. The clinic lady stays in the office from 5:30 or so to 6:00. Not once coming out. There's people waiting (according to the screen) for appointments but nobody has gone into the office and nobody is sitting around me or close to the clinic. She finally comes out and according to her screen it looks like people have stood her up? There should have been 2 people having gone in there by now. She finally comes out sweeping. I ask if she can squeeze me in. I'm desperate, my stuff is in the system already since I used them 2 months ago for strep throat while on vacation and she looked at me like she didn't want to help or care. She said "Look at the monitor. I'm booked up". Will no longer waste my time or money at any Walgreen's. For a healthcare clinic that's supposed to be caring and helpful, she treated me like a an unbothered store employee would it if was past closing time and the store was closed. read more

The line at the pharmacy is always long, often over a 30 min wait. Employees often aren't wearing masks. There are always homeless people in the parking lot harassing customers. Would leave zero starts if I could. Tried to fill a prescription for my dog, my vet called and emailed twice six hours apart and they keep saying they have no record and won't contact them back.
