1 star -- only because zero isn't an option I used the so‑called photo kiosk today, which is nothing more than an ordering terminal pretending to be a real kiosk. It doesn't print anything on the spot -- it just sends your order into the back for someone to maybe get around to eventually. I placed my order at 3:50 PM. The screen told me it would be ready at 6:00 PM. I came back at 7:00 PM, and the photo counter was moving at the speed of a DMV line during a power outage. One customer ahead of me took 40 minutes because the employee behind the counter was working like he was underwater. When I finally got to the counter, I was told they "hadn't gotten to it yet because they were busy." There was nobody there when I placed the order, and only one person ahead of me when I returned. That excuse doesn't fly. I left, came back two hours later, and the same employee told me he still hadn't started it. Not "it's almost done," not "we're printing it now," but hadn't even started. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This is the worst "customer service" I've ever seen. These funployees have zero urgency, zero awareness, and zero interest in doing the job they're standing there getting paid for. read more

Everything about this pharmacy sucks... their customer service is garbage, the staff always seems to have an attitude, a lot of medications are out of stock... nothing but problems here. You have a prescription sent in by a provider days in advance, attempt to call to make sure it's ready, they tell you it will be ready two days later at 11 am, you drive 20 miles one way to pick it up, get to the window to be told "we have nothing for you"... this is a constant problem here and it's not only me having this issue. Even my neurologist says she has constant issues with this pharmacy. read more

I just moved to Dunn recently and have been doing my Chime deposits to my Chime card here. Never had an issue until tonight. I purchased Tylenol with one card and got $20 cash back with that purchase, then told the cashier(Ammie or however it is spelled) that I wanted to deposit money on my chime card. I gave her the $20 she gave me from the register that I received from my cash back and then pulled a $20 bill, a $1 bill and 4 quarters from pocket and laid on the counter. I told her to deposit $42. She scanned my code, took the two $20 bills and scanned them on the what I assume is a machine to ensure they aren't counterfeit bills and then asked if I wanted a receipt. I declined and thanked her. Halfway to my car, my chime app said I received a $22 deposit so I immediately walked back in and showed it to her on my phone which she replied "You should have gotten that receipt". She called another employee whom wouldn't give me her first name over and told her the situation saying "We owe her $20, so we can either give it to her from the register or upload it on her card". I told her I'd rather it be on my card. I waited and waited, and overheard Aimme saying she got distracted due to another coworker talking to her during my deposit transaction. Finally, Aimmee and another coworker who wouldn't provide her first name to me came up to me and told me they counted the register and it came out right so essentially telling me I didn't give them $42, only $22. I looked at the lady who did the transaction and told her "You know I got cash back and gave you TWO twenties" and she replied "ehh I really don't know that." I felt like I was in the twilight zone. She seemed to remember perfectly fine when I walked back in after noticing my deposit was missing $20. I was livid and definitely raised my voice telling them I had waited over 30 minutes(in reality it was an hour) to which Aimee said "no one asked you to wait"... Like, what else was I suppose to do? Walk out of the store without my $20? Earlier, she even apologized to me noticing I was getting frustrated for the wait time literally saying "I am sorry, we will get it fixed soon". I I was told to speak to the manager the next day, but the other employee had been on the phone with the manager and was told not to give me MY money back since the register counted correctly. I called corporate and they will be looking into this for me. I would advise everyone to find another location to do Chime deposits or count your change because that was ridiculous and I am livid. My chime transaction was done around 7:22 and I didn't leave until close to 8:30 PM. My phone literally died waiting in the store. I can't believe this was allowed. Either someone did not count properly or someone is a thief. I wouldn't waste an hour of my time ever especially if I really wasn't missing money for $20 knowing I still had to drive 30 minutes one way to my old house to pick up some items to move to my new house still. I can't wait to hear back from corporate after their investigation. read more

I recently went to this Walgreens after I had oral surgery (bone grafting) and it was a major disappointment! I had to drive around to drive through 6 times. After the first 2 times they filled only 1 of the 3 of my rx's. The caucasian woman blamed it on the oral surgeon office, saying they sent 1 after the others and they had to mix the other rx. It would be ready later that afternoon (not true, they send them in at same time). I know this because I work in health care. My mouth was bleeding and by this time the novacaine had worn and off I was in excruciating pain. I explained this to the young african american girl at the window and she said, "I can't rush them!" I was agitated at this point but I drove around and when I got back up to the pharmacy window (15 min later, that was the wait time til it was ready), still not ready! Each time I arrived ar the window I was treated like I was bothering her. I proceeded to go around, as I was instructed 3 more times ( over an hour) til 1 more of the items was ready to pick up! The other one I was going to have someone pick up later that afternoon. They were going to send me a text message when it was ready. Each time I tried to explain the situation and how much pain I was in. They showed no empathy. It's been over a month and the last rx still isn't showing that it's ready on the website! No text, nothing! I was in so much pain, I cried all the way home. Apparently they feel like they can treat customers any way they want. I won't be going back there ever! I should've spoke with a Mgr, but I bleeding and hurting so bad, I couldn't bear to go in. read more

Thankfully, as of today, you are NO LONGER my filler of prescriptions. I have had it with failure to respond to refill requests online, waiting until a specific insurance is outdated in order to fill prescriptions at FULL PRICE rather than copay price even AFTER ALERTING THE STAFF of the impending change of insurer, receiving the refill requests in PLENTY OF TIME to fill them as needed, leaving me without glucose test strips for almost half a week, in SPITE OF RECEIVING THE REQUEST IS PLENTY OF TIME to be filled as requested! In addition, I am disgusted with dealing with clerks who can NOT EVEN READ THE MEDICATION NAMES, much less PRONOUNCE THEM. I am also tired of dealing with messages from your store that refills are ready to be picked up, then arriving at the pharmacy to pick them up, only to be told they: a) DON'T HAVE that particular medication in stock; b) HAVEN'T FILLED THE PRESCRIPTION yet; c) Just gave out, but can furnish a small amount of the medication "TO HOLD YOU FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS". Did I MISS anything? We gave notice at a small community drug store for much the same problems, and changed to Walgreen's hoping for better results at a larger pharmacy. As you can see, we made a drastic error. It will not happen again. read more
