All 3 cars in front of us were helped and when we finally pulled up, they slammed the window in our face and played an automated message that they were closed for lunch now from 1:30 to 2. It was 1:29 and they knew we had been waiting for 30+ minutes, with no cars behind us anymore. A total lack of respect and care for their customers, incredibly immature, especially when dealing with prescription medicine that people depend on to live. I have nothing but bad things to say about this pharmacy.

When I asked management about it I was immediately fired. I was a hard worker hmwho worked 9 hours at times with 1-15 minute break for the whole day Walgreens is a 27 billion dollar a year store and can't do right by their employees. Unfortunately it was Christmas time and I made sure all employees were given a Christmas present and I was just a worker ... yes including the store manager that fired me Sad but true Then after Christmas I was fired ...... I guess no matter how you connect with people and feel their a part of your circle I stood up for the two others that got stuck working the holidays for straight time not one stood up for me when I got fired. I guess my heart was different. My best advice only work for Walgreens if you want a short term job. But yet can fire a hard worker I never even took a bathroom break but some were allowed to go sit in bathroom 45 minutes and then take Lunch and break Walgreens is pretty darn amazing in reality. I am fighting something off, so I was picking up cough drops & looking for strawberry chapstick. The last working check all the places they have chapstick for the season. Then when she couldn't find any, she went to the cashier, who looked through his bin at the register to get me the last one. And this was all without my knowledge while I was finishing up at the pharmacy. That kind of attention to customers is what makes a place stand out. I love that this place is so close to home.

I was told it had just been received, to come back later. Okay. No problem! Had my boyfriend stop there 7 hours later and it STILL was not done. To top that off, they only had 2 days worth. Flash forward to today, sitting at the pharmacy now and they STILL have not finished the prescription. 24 hours later. So now I'm waiting for them to fill the rest of my medicine. I called in mine…read morebefore business hours and was told in a message that I was on my last refill, but they'd contact my doctor. I thought, "Oh, what a convenient service. I won't have to call my doctor now." The system ended the call by asking for a phone number in case the pharmacist needed to get ahold of me if there was a problem. I wasn't able to get in that day to get the prescription, but I went the next evening and was told they hadn't been able to refill it because my doctor hadn't responded to their fax. When I asked why no one had called my number like the message said they would, the pharmacist said the system automatically sends a fax if you do it over the phone and don't talk to them directly. But the system doesn't notify them in any way. So the only way they know about it is if the doc rejects or approves the fax. If they don't do anything, then apparently no one knows about it until the customer comes in to get their order?? How does this make sense? The manager informed me that their system recently changed and has been screwing up for people left and right. Just another example of corporate making a BAD decision and leaving their employees to take the fall. Of course it was after hours, so there was nothing I could do at this point but go to an urgent care and pay a copay to get a prescription I needed for that night. And you'd better believe I sent it to a different pharmacy. I will NEVER trust Rite-Aid again.

Bought a deluxe ear wash system for 31+ dollars got home opened the box and it was wet inside?…read more.. Thought something inside broke or come open but nooo... It was missing a med packet and the spray system was already put together,soo.... That means someone used it brought it back and Walgreens resold an open package THAT WAS USED!!!!!! Go here if it's only an absolute last resort! Personally, I prefer CVS but for Rite Aid, I recommend the Abbot and Saginaw location. It's new, spacious, and clean! They carry a gazillon items and plenty of premo hard liquor.

That is the East Lansing college town. This one is for the actual townsfolk and it's not a very high income town but they have some amazing food around the area. This particular Pharmacy has your typical very high prices and service wasn't great and there wasn't anybody to answer the question that I needed answering. Having said that I'm glad they were here because I eventually got what I needed and that's what these places are here for. How do I know if I had to go into Walmart or something, that they would even have it. And Walmarts are zoos. This place was nice and quiet.
