The list she looked at to find the exclusions was huge. You basically get to use the coupon on an off brand shoe. Easy for women as they have many brands to chose from. Thankfully I remembered Cobbler's Bench from a previous trip. They had several Birkenstock styles that I wanted to try on and they had many in 42! I tried on 3 or 4 pairs and found a great pair thanks to the help of the woman working with me. When we came in she offered to put on a mask because she saw we were wearing ours. I told her it wasn't necessary, but I appreciated the offer. She insisted on helping me in and out of each pair of sandals and she offered suggestions along the way. She was very kind and patient. I highly recommend letting them help you find the best fit. They did a great job! The prices for Birkenstock shoes were the same as online (without specials/sales) so I picked out the pair I wanted and took them home that day. I was very happy with my trip. Thank you!
