Amanda, the staff member who helped me, was able to get me from "I have no idea what I'm looking for" to finding two pairs of boots that I am super happy with. For every pair of shoes that I tried, she asked questions about fit, feel, space, etc., and brought out socks that varied in thickness, so I could see how they felt with the boots on. She never hesitated to grab more styles or sizes from the back. She seemed far more interested in helping me find the right boots than she did in selling me something. They also give a student discount (saved me about $40), and they do price matching if you find the same shoe online for a better price. I should mention that I went during an off time, so I can't speak to the service when there are a lot of other shoppers there. In any case, I had a great experience there.

The first time I came in they were having a conversation and didn't even notice me standing in line until I continued to walk up. Thankfully I remembered Cobbler's Bench from a previous trip. They had several Birkenstock styles that I wanted to try on and they had many in 42! I tried on 3 or 4 pairs and found a great pair thanks to the help of the woman working with me. When we came in she offered to put on a mask because she saw we were wearing ours. I told her it wasn't necessary, but I appreciated the offer. She insisted on helping me in and out of each pair of sandals and she offered suggestions along the way. She was very kind and patient. I highly recommend letting them help you find the best fit. They did a great job!
