The trip was efficient, but they did have a couple pan handlers at the exit of the doorway that you needed to step over their things around the exit. They should keep that area clear. Avoid this place at all costs. A complete dumpster fire. About 90% of the store is locked behind glass, so you need an employee to open almost everything for you. Good luck finding one. I needed something as simple as deodorant and waited over 10 minutes for someone to help me. Eventually, I just left. If a corporation feels the need to lock up 90% of its merchandise, either don't put the store in that neighborhood or staff it properly so customers can actually shop. I'll never return. read more

My last visit here was very mixed. I needed some medication in a pinch and it was late like 1am making the 24 hour service here very convienient. So I called first to make sure they had it and was hung up on, when I called back I got someone friendlier. So I go over and don't see it and when I go for help and the store staff I find is having a very in depth conversation with his co worker he was clearly annoyed I needed help. He also was clearly high as he had bloodshot eyes and found the medication I needed rather funny and tried to joke about it with me. When I wasn't laughing he directed me to see a different associate, who then directed me to the pharmacy and finally spoke with someone who was friendly and helpful so that was the shining part of the visit. Also coming here by day is alright but that last visit was not their best. read more

The Pharmacy department is full of incompetent staff that does not care about the well being of their customers!! I have been patiently waiting to receive medication that I really need. Walgreens did not provide an alternative location for me to pick up medication. I called Corporate and they must have the same manager! No resolution to my problem. Went there tonight and the 24 hour store was CLOSED! The worker in the store did not want to come to the door to inform us it was closed as several of us were outside of the door. After ignoring us for 5 minutes, he came to the door with an attitude stating they are a 24 hour store but not tonight and they will open at 7am. Keep in mind there was no sign on the door and he did not provide an explanation as to why they were closed! The worker had a very NASTY attitude and should not be working in customer service. read more

This Walgreens usually is pretty quiet. The employees keeps things pretty neat and clean ( no totes or stock items blocking the aisles) . Fun fact: I was an employee at Duane Reade in NYC, during my college years. Walgreens brought out DR and I was there during that time. My eye is "trained" to know what to look for in a store. From my stand point, the store is well managed. My only issue is the lines. Sometimes one cashier is at the front that needs back up. Some support from fellow coworkers would be nice. I've only used their Pharmacy twice. Both times, I was met with friendliness and helpfulness! read more

Some of the laziest employees lol. Don't bother doing a pick up order because they will just cancel it saying your stuff isn't in stock. Did it to me today and I just had to go get it myself. This is the worse place ever to get your prescription filled. First they gave me someone else meds and gave them mine. Now I have been trying to get a prescription filled from my dentist for the last couple of weeks and still nothing and no one can help. Had my dentist call and speak to the pharmacist resent the prescription over and now they saying they done have it. This is the last time I shop at or get a prescription filled at a Walgreens. Rite Aid was so much better. They cared and did whatever they needed to do to help. read more

This is a 24 hours Walgreen. They're not very helpful here. They have a button on items they keep locked up. Customers have press the button to get an employee to unlock and get the item for the customers. You can press the button and would probably have to wait 3 minutes before an employee come and help you. The line can also get really long here with only two registers open, especially on weekends. The better time to go is after 10pm when there's hardly anyone there. If popular items are on sale, and they ran out on Monday, they don't refill the stock most of the times. So you go on a Saturday, the last day of the sales and there would be nothing there. But the items would magically reappear the next day when the sale is over. 3 stars for being 24 hours. read more

Some places just meet a basic need without frills or fanciness. This Walgreens location, running 24 hours a day, is supremely convenient, but basic in its execution. You'll find the shelves stocked with all the products you expect in a Walgreens. The customer service will be good, if you can find a person floating about the store. The prices are alright with the occasional deal. Straightforward shopping. The homeless tend to congregate around this particular location. I was asked for money by three separate people within orbit of the Walgreens. One was seated right outside the entrance looking directly into the store itself. You couldn't get in or out without passing by them. It was uncomfortable to say the least. Will I go back to this location? Probably. Again, it's convenient and meets basic needs. If I come across a competitor with a better shopping experience then I'll be hard-pressed to return here. read more

I had surgery and need a medication MY PAIN MEDICATION BAD. Long story short it took them four hours to fill TWO medications. The additional two hours to fill one of the medication's is because I was giving false information which I knew was false as I work for a pharmacy myself but they made me call the insurance to confirm. As the pharmacy that you're supposed to call for the patient to fix any insurance issues. Patients 9.5 out of 10 and not authorized or able to get things approved to the insurance, how do you not know that as a pharmacy? They are LAZY and and empathy. Even if you're bleeding out, I would recommend going to another pharmacy as their service SUCKS. This is now my third encounter, and all of them have been horrible never again. read more

Yes, it's 24 hours so that's like the only plus side. If they had another cashier on duty that may help the situation with all the lines. Cons: - Literally 1 or 2 cashiers. - Lines are crazy (I go there all different times of the day and it seems to not change). - Beggars usually standing in the front of the store looking for hand outs. Pros: You may have an excuse to take advantage of your insurance coverage since the area is sketchy as hell. read more

This Walgreens is 24 hours which is very convenient and they usually have what you need in stock and stocked on the shelves. However, the pharmacy can be the absolute worst. My sister was very sick tonight and the wait to get her meds were over an hour and a half, almost 2hrs. This is not the first time that me or any one in my family have had this wait this long either. There might have been once where I got my medication in a timely matter but overall, it's absolutely ridiculous. If the tiny pharmacy across from me had walgreens hours, I wouldn't even be bothered going here for any kind of medication. The regular check out lines can get bad as well. Why have multiple registers and only use one most of the time?! This Walgreens needs to make a couple of changes. read more

The basic store is A-ok, but the Pharmacy.....WoW! There is always a problem with picking up meds I get every month. Either it's out of stock after I get an automated call saying pickup is ready. Or there is a problem with your insurance, which I pay out-of-pocket cost all the time. There is usually a long line to be served. Also I've called after hours and it took 20 min for someone to answer! Everytime I go I have to steel myself up to deal with the Pharmacy. This Walgreen's is poorly managed. Ordered photos online. Was promised online that they would be ready after 10:35 PM. Called at 6:00 AM after a 25 minute wait for someone to answer the phone, the rude attendant told me that the photo department was closed and my order was not ready. There was no manage to talk to and the person on the phone was combative. I hate this Walgreens. Can't help thinking service would be better in a wealthier neighborhood. read more
