On 1/1 we used the 1 hour service to order our Holiday cards. When we arrived to pick up, they had not been printed due to the store's not having the correct photo paper. However, thanks to Kit, we left the store knowing where to get our cards printed successfully. He called a couple of other Walgreens for us and spoke to people who would be able to help us. I have never been to such an unprofessional and insensitive pharmacy. They have been out of stock for my medication two months in a row, and never called to give me options or help me. I waited a week to call both times because per the Walgreens app, it says "a pharmacist will reach out to you if needed" when I voiced my concerns about my medication, the tech's response was "well we can't just call every single person about their medications and us not having it." This medication is something I need. The lack of empathy is alarming. I understand they "don't have time to call everyone." But I think a simple call when someone will not be able to get their medication would be beneficial to both parties. read more

Floor has trash up and down all the aisle, reeks of weed, pharmacy line is 11 people deep and not moving.

The drive-through line has not moved for 10 minutes. One single car at the window for over 10 minutes. Not cool! I will go through good RX and have my prescriptions mailed to me. This is ridiculous! And there are two cars in front of me. It should not take over 30 minutes to get a prescription in a drive-through! read more

I have been going to the Walgreens at 33rd and Boulevard in Edmond for years, but today is the 1st time I've ever written a review about them. The ladies at the front cashier desk are kind and always say hello when you walk in the door. However, this review is mostly about Makayla in the pharmacy. I have been having problems with my new insurance and she has spent 2 weeks working tirelessly with my insurance company, my doctor's office and Walgreens to get "prior approval" processed in order to get a new prescription filled and covered by my insurance. She has done a wonderful job going above and beyond. I can't even begin to say how grateful I am to her for everything that she did, especially since I was very frustrated and took some of my frustration out on her. But she had a smile each time we spoke and got it all fixed. read more

No customer service, cashiers are rude, no one seems to know what to do, is there a manager, or some sort of employee training.

5-star customer service to the head pharmacist on Sunday afternoon! He saw a hold up on the needed medication for my sister's medical condition, and offered his time and suggestion to help us work through the problem. This review is for the PHARMACY, not the great staff out front. They are always nice, courteous and respectful. The pharmacy techs on the other hand are rude, short, and so cynical that they probably have puppies under the desk that they kick when a new customer comes to the window. It's like they have forgotten that they are taking care of people instead of just numbers or orders. Drive up to the window and you're met with a VERY annoyed "I'll be right with you". That looks like pure politeness in text here online, but imagine if the redheaded gay guy from Modern Family was saying it to you with a groan. "Like, oh my gosh, will you not come through my drive through already? Geesh people! I'm trying to tell my co-workers a story about my night last night! Gahhhhhhhhhhhhh!" And inside isn't any better. There's a blonde girl in there that seems pretty cheerful but the rest of the staff is purely annoyed with your very existence. You can stand at the counter for 10 minutes without anyone even saying "Hi, I'll be right with you" or "Sit down, jerk. I'll get to you when I get good and ready". Seriously, this place needs a changing of the management that has let it go on so long or at least a good strong reminder from Corporate that they're dealing with real people. Losing the attitude and slinging prescriptions with a smile would be a step in the right direction. I don't even dare ask that they act like they're dealing with real people and not just a line of smelly, disgusting numbers that they'd rather crap on than serve. read more

The staff at this store is always very friendly and helpful, however, I wish the parking lot was bigger.

I have all of my prescriptions at this location. I love the convenience of the Walgreens app and being able to submit my refills using it. I also love the fact that it connects with my fit bit and gives me points which I can use towards merchandise. However I've had several instances with the pharmacy getting my prescriptions messed up and flat out lying to me when I call them on the carpet. I have gone in and picked up the wrong medicine that has been filled on two separate occasions. Both of these prescriptions were submitted through the app so there should've been no reason for them to be incorrect. When I questioned him on it I was told that the doctor did not specify a brand. Once I pointed out that I had submitted the refill online he had no explanation for why it was done incorrectly. Of course I never realize that these were wrong until I got home and then I had to turn around and drive all the way back over to the pharmacy to have it corrected. I've had so many problems with my pharmacy bills lately and I'm seriously considering moving to a different pharmacy. As far as the pharmacy staff for the most part they seem pretty nice. There is only one gentleman that I have dealt with both times on the incorrect refills that I know was lying to me. read more
