Received automated call at 7:10 p.m. stating it was out of stock and to call the pharmacy. Absolutely no help whatsoever. Stated that since it was after their cut off for ordering it would be an additional 2 days before I could get the prescription. If they hadn't waited close to 3 hours I might have been able to get it somewhere else tonight. This needs to be taken care of. Never again.

Boyfriend just got out of hospital yesterday, they sent his prescriptions here. I showed up at…read morearound 1:50, there were several signs that said they get back at 2 from lunch. So I sit there and wait for them to open. At 2:06 a worker walks by and says "Oh they're not open today". Was it that hard to put a sign that said they wouldn't be there? So we call the hospital and ask them to send it to a different Walgreens. Well when we showed up at that one, they said that this Walgreens marked it as "filled", so they can't transfer it since it's a one time prescription! How can it be filled if they're not even there?? Fine, so I'll get it today, Sunday. I show up when they're supposed to open and now they do have a sign that says pharmacy closed until Monday. I understand staffing shortages but this is ridiculous

I have used this pharmacy for years. They have declined to the point where I have to quite using…read morethem. They don't staff enough help and you have to wait FOREVER to get you prescription. I waited almost 30 minutes for two people in front of me. When I finally got to the counter, they found my prescription and went to get it. The pharmacist saw a different customer walk up and just started helping them. It was like watching a dog getting distracted by a squirrel. They are slow, incompetent, and easily distracted! I will never go back. I walked out and am having my doctor send my prescription to a qualified pharmacy.
