They had a good amount of makeup and hair care. It was quick to get in and out. It was at the front of the store. The negative about this location was the staff never spoke to me until check out. There were three staff all huddled up together, laughing and talking. Never asked to help, or what I was looking for. I felt as though they were laughing and talking about us. I've noticed that slowly but surely, more and more of their products are around my house. Their olive oil body wash as a cleansing kitchen hand soap, the almond nail oil in my desk at work next to their hemp hand protector, There are several of their masks, scrubs, and moisturizers on my sink. They have really grown their product lines since I've started purchasing from them. If they don't have something you are wanting now, they will have it soon. I haven't really used their make up yet, but my next shipment will have their blush and a lip stain. Their scents are amazing and I carry a small perfume bottle with me all the time. I truly felt and see a difference with the Tea Tree and Vitamin E products. They are definitely going to be staying on my counter! I can only think of two products that I don't love -- a body scrub and the instablur. The body scrub isn't bad, it's just not my favorite. But the instablur just felt like a needless face product. They took it back with no hassle for store credit! Whenever I come in to their only OKC location at Quail Spring mall, the manager greets me and asks if she can help me look for something. She is very knowledgeable about her products! There are a couple of others that work there, but they don't quite take to the beauty retail sales as much as she does. The Body Shop has a discount card for which you pay $10 upfront. With it you always get 10% off your whole purchase. You earn points - 1 per $20. Once you hit so many points, you get a coupon. And on your birthday you get $10! They almost always have a "sale" going on where you buy 3 get 2 free, buy 2 get 1, or buy one get one 1/2 off. Honestly, I always wait til there is a sale of buy 3 get 3. Definitely love their products, and I think you will too.

In the before times, public speaking was very much a part of my wheelhouse, and Ioved to get to do it. After a rough two years, I was doubting my every word as I prepared to give my speech. I decided I needed the confidence boost provided by hair and makeup. I made an appointment at Drybar, and then directly after at Cos Bar. The darling Natasha did my makeup, and she talked to me the whole time so I would feel comfortable and relaxed leading up to my speech. She was absolutely darling. My makeup looked so good, and I love the products she recommended. The best thing: if you spent $200 or more, you got a free spring samples kit. The samples are incredible and easily valued at well over $200. I left for a work trip the day after, and packing was so fun because I had all these lovely little sample sizes. I will be a customer forever. And I will come here whenever I need my makeup with a side of pep talk and friendly chit chat.

Nicole Bush ended the conversation in a cussing match with me, when all I was trying to do was tell this Chinese man about my experience (he never replied, I Lowkey think he was turned on by the whole ordeal smh). She called herself trying to kick me out after I already said im taking my money somewhere else adding insult to injury.. this was a very trifling experience because I call back to speak to another manager with the last name "SMITH" they acted like I was waisting their time complaining nor did he want to give me full names but OKC is so small I remember her face and found it anyway...I just think the whole staff is unprofessional owners don't care since they been physically in business for sooo long so I know my complaint was the laugh of the day but going forward I will not shop here again nor refer anyone to this establishment.. Diva Beauty next door was WAY more professional. All this over me asking Nicole to grab some hair from the top shelf.. this is why customer service is important, especially in retail.

There's a huge selection of accessories and beauty products at really affordable prices, which makes it easy to spend a while just browsing.
