    Nonexistent customer service. Aside from that, I have had 2 bad experiences when I've attempted to print pictures here. Horrible quality.

She called him up to the front and it took about 3-4 minutes to get to the front. The cashier herself with crazy eye makeup and jewels on top of it even told him he needed to hurry up as he was taking his time walking up and talking with another employee. Mind you I had 3 other customers behind me that I had told her she can take and I can wait but she proceeded to say no because she wanted to understand the error so they had to wait. Anywho, manager came up and cleared the error and he walked off, seeing that there were customers stacking up which he could've rang up himself since it didn't seem too busy. She then needed him again so she called him again and once again he took his precious time coming up and once he finished assisting her he proceeded to say "now this just pissed me off," and walked away STILL not ringing anyone else up. Transaction was done after that. AS A MANAGER this behavior is unacceptable and rude. Highly UNPROFESSIONAL and employment should be reconsidered. That is not someone you want as the face of Walgreens, for the night.

I explained I have wavy/curly hair and needed something low maintenance that I can scrunch and go. I got what I can only describe as a jellyfish cut. I had almost a bowl cut with long layers and straight across bangs. It was embarrassing. After explaining my hair texture and wanting something that showed off waves/curls, I was given a huge fluffy blow out so i had no idea how the cut would actually look styled normally. I did express my dislike for the cut and how i got straight across bangs rather than curtain bangs. I was dismissed and told that I was wrong and just "needed a curling iron". If you're a veteran curtain bang girl--you KNOW that's not how to properly style them. She tried and I looked like I just woke up from a bender. I was repeatedly told by staff how "cute" the cut was after I expressed not liking things. It was an unfinished haircut and it's apparent the stylist panicked during it because the layers were disconnected and the bangs were butchered and nowhere near a curtain. I had to drive to a completely different Ulta to spend an hour and a half in the chair getting it completely fixed/redone. The master stylist I saw was horrified and mentioned the cut was unfinished. I have very fine hair and without good texturizing it looks very chunky/disconnected when layered. My bangs were cut so short the new stylist couldn't do anything except a "comb over" from my crown and said it will be 2 months of growth to come back from this cut. At least I now look like myself again. The manager at OG salon DID refund me which I appreciate. But when i showed her a picture of the cut she ALSO doubled down saying it was "cute". It really just made me feel invalidated like I was the problem. Maybe she meant it nicely, but I had been through a lot with my hair in 2 days and honestly, it was an UGLY haircut. I could have complained in the chair but I was so afraid of what a "fix" might entail I just politely left.

    I used to go to Macy's back in the day where they would color match you for foundations. Products…read morewent away, and others changed their ingredients. Most contain butylene glycol, and for some reason, my body says no! I wanted to find another foundation, but didn't know where to begin as the department stores didn't carry clean brands, and how many would I have to by from other stores trying to find the right color? I waited over 7 years. I found a NYX concealer stick I was using, but they too joined the butylene glycol band wagon. I was so happy visiting Sephora. The Arrowhead location offers more than their Kohl's locations. They will even color match you. They have devices that can look up the ingredients for you. A sweet gal color matched me, and I double-checked the ingredients before my purchase. Then she turned me onto another brand, Haus. I was sold. Loved it. Then I drove home and started feeling ill from the color matching application. The next day, I returned it luckily still unopened. Either way, they have a great return policy with a receipt. I couldn't get any assistance during my second visit as they were too busy. I came back the other day when it was quiet. They save your information with color match in their system. It made it so easy to pick up where we left off. I was able to take home a sample of the product. I wish I knew this service was available sooner. I was able to get color matched and sample the product. Just like back in the day. That sold me, and I was able to fulfill my goal of over 7 years to find a new go-to clean foundation. Yeah!!! That simple little service didn't take much time, made a sale, and a new regular customer.

    i'm usually not one to leave reviews because i never really saw the point. but im leaving a 1 star…read morereview on this sephora because i feel like i was being profiled and im not sure why. i was very nice and friendly to each employee interacted with and i was only in the store for a few moments because i know exactly what i wanted/needed. i walked in and of course the employees asked if i needed help, which i don't mind. i used to work at sephora so i get greeting a customer is just part of the game. when i was checking out, the employee (im not going to mention names out of respect of privacy) brought me to towards the entrance to check me out on their mobile device (again, totally fine).. my frustration is after i was done being rung up and was walking out the employee said in her headset "okay he's on his way out now".. what's THAT about?

When I called, the staff member identified as "Jake" could not explain why I was told to call. When I asked for clarification, I was repeatedly told, "I don't know," and that "everyone who takes this type of medication goes through this." I was left without my prescribed medication for six days with no clear explanation and no proactive communication from the pharmacy. Then to be told it is out of stock and he will order it to be delivered Monday. Being told "everyone goes through it" does not make it acceptable. Patients who rely on controlled prescriptions already navigate strict regulations. The least a pharmacy can provide is professionalism, transparency, and basic communication. Formal complaints are being filed with the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy and appropriate regulatory agencies. Extremely disappointing experience.
