I realized I was running low on masks so I made a quick stop here. They usually sell individual masks at CVS so I gave it a shot. I found a few and waited to check out. Service is basic and nothing really stands out for me. Prices are a bit high here so I don't come often. read more

Worst service of any pharmacy I've dealt with. Twice my husband and I were told a prescription was ready and we could pick it up at a certain time when we got there the pharmacy was closed. Not communication about cost on a prescription when cost is higher I find out when I go to pick it up. I called twice today to check on the cost and confirm they will be open at the time they said the prescription will be ready and check the cost on it. I was on hold I've 30 minutes the first time and over 10 minutes when I called back. First time they disconnected the call second i hung up. This is unacceptable. Fed up in surprise! read more

The most horrible customer service ever! I'm type one diabetic and my daughter broke my last bottle of insulin...they can't seem to get it through their thick heads that a diabetic needs their insulin. All they could do is keep telling me it's too soon to fill. I ended up calling my insurance and they overrode the refill day. What do you know...they're out of the insulin I need so they had to transfer it to a different CVS who said they won't have it ready for ANOTHER 3 1/2 hours! Give me a break people! You guys don't care about your customers what so ever! Will be switching pharmacies! read more

I just stopped in here to pick up a few things. The staff was friendly and helpful. The boxes of the item I needed were all smashed.

Seriously get that self check out kiosk out of there. Since the self check out has appeared at the CVS every single transaction that I've had has been a negative experience. The blonde manager lady that works during the day refused to check me out herself even though the self check out had a line going to the back of the store. It makes getting help there almost impossible as the cashiers are just walking around the store letting the robot insufficiently handle transactions. This used to be the best pharmacy in town but I no longer feel that way. Several times our prescriptions have been on back order with no time frame in when we'd receive them. And be prepared that the pharmacy is closed for lunch from 1:30-2:00 which is understandable. However, I had been waiting in the drive through since 1:15 and it was finally my turn at the window but the shades dropped promptly at 1:30 and wouldn't check me out for another 30 min. read more

I have been coming to this CVS for years and would normally give it 5 stars until today. They have a pharmacist by the name of Harold working there who is throwing prescriptions that are ready across the room. He is clearly angry and doesn't want to be there. A prescription that normally takes 10 minutes to fill is taking over an hour with this guy. I feel like he is purposely blowing me off and helping other people first even though I got here before they did. He had better change his tune or I will be contacting corporate! Came here because my son got sick while we were in town visiting my father and I needed to grab some cough medicine. No one in here wears uniforms or tags so you don't know who is the employee and who isn't. S young lady with blonde hair asked if I needed help with anything to which I answered no and proceeded to shop. I went to the shampoo aisle and realized she was right behind me. She wasn't stocking anything in that aisle, she was following me! As soon as I walked up to the register she went the other way. I haven't lived in Arizona in 19 years, and I come back and I'm profiled and followed. I'll just do target drive up from now on. I'm beyond disappointed and offended and have contacted corporate on the matter read more

Best CVS ever! I'm in there for all kinds of reasons...prescriptions...photo machine odds n'ends. Regardless of time of day or who's onboard we always get amazing service and wonderful personalities. Are favs are Laura Brandon and Shawn. The manager gave my kids lollipops randomly a few months ago and is always friendly, walking the store checking that everything is just right. Don't waste your time and money at this Minute Clinic. First she misdiagnosed me. Then she told me she couldn't figure out what was wrong so she didn't want to prescribe anything. Then she told me NOT to go to an urgent care, go directly to the ER. Still charged me my $30 copay. Still don't know why, but she still insisted I followed her advice and go to the ER to get a proper diagnosis. So I went to the ER, and spent 100s and 100s of unnecessay dollars. All for a sinus infection. Really? You missed that, huh? And urgent care couldn't have helped me? Urgent care would have only cost me $50. Thanks for nothing. Skip Minute Clinic!!!!! THE MINUTE CLINIC IS A JOKE! Supposed to be a walk-in clinic, but that's a complete joke! I went there tonight and arrived at 7:02 pm. Their is no one there to welcome you, just a sign on a door that says "provider with patient." When the provider came out, she asked me if I was there to be seen - I wasn't hanging out at a walk-in clinic for the heck of it, so yea......I was there to be seen! She looked at her watch and told me that she couldn't see me tonight. Offered to "hold a time" for me for tomorrow, in which I declined. Why would I want to go back tomorrow and give this place my business when I was there tonight (at a walk-in facility, before closing hours)???? I will NEVER go back to this joke of a business and will be sure to tell my friends and co-workers about my extremely dissatisfied experience. read more

Yes, this is my insurances preferred Pharmaceutical supplier, not mine. Just this week Saturday, I received a text stating that I was due for a prescription refill, this is a pricier refill, which I did not need. Sunday, How ever, I did need 3 other prescriptions refilled, I called them in. At that time I was informed that they needed to contact my doctor to refill one of these prescriptions. I received a text Monday stating that I had one prescription ready to be picked up, this was the prescription that needed doctor approval. I received another text Wednesday stating I needed to pickup my prescription order, I had not received any information about the other 2 prescriptions. I then called into CVS Surprise and asked about the other 2 prescriptions. I was told by a female pharmacy staff that these 2 prescription were unable to be refilled due to the fact it was not time. The fill dates on these prescription bottles were the 31th and the 26th, the date was 1-31. For your employee's information the monthly prescriptions are filled in units of 30. I received no apologue. This is the same company that charged me $5.00 for baby aspirin. I welcome the new companies entering the Pharmaceutical industry. read more
