Tried to do a return and the system did not show any of my purchases. Of course I don't have a paper receipt because I do paperless receipts. It was less than $20, no reason why they shouldn't have given me cash back. Manager didn't apologize or even attempt to show any empathy. It could have make the situation so much better.

I even stepped out and came back later to ease the pressure, and she was still pushing through with a great attitude. When the scanner continued to misbehave, she took the initiative to track down a coworker with a working one and got everything handled. Ester's persistence and customer service were outstanding, especially under pressure. She's the kind of employee that keeps customers coming back. Management should absolutely take note -- she deserves recognition.

She's lucky I didn't have water in my car otherwise i would've taken the medicine as soon as I left. She called me when I was down the street asking me to come back. I came back and the manager was on her side and said she was supposed to verify the address EVEN THO SHE DID, AND STILL GAVE ME THE WRONG MEDS. The manager said "you getting angry about the situation isn't going to help".
