He was so attentive starting during the first consultation, he did not try to "sell" his work, just let it speak for itself. I could not recommend him more. My reconstruction looks PERFECT and NATURAL. The healing process was fast, minimal bruising, the incision scars just look amazing. I was so nervous before the surgery, but his calm and confident demeanor made me feel calm and confident. Even since my surgeries, he has been so attentive, remembers little details, and could not be more professional. Walmart charges $71.13 for the same script. A local grocery chain, Meijer, charges $46.65 for the very same prescription. Cost difference between Walgreen and Meijer? $307.24...for a 90 day supply. Oh...and Walgreen's told us that they will not refund the money once you walk out the door with your meds, even tho you never opened them.

I was in pain, had waited two days already for them to fill a pain prescription, only for me to have to call and find out that they had contacted my doctor and then had voided my script. They did not call and tell me this, and what's worse, I had a doctors appointment in the meantime, and they had not heard from this pharmacy. I explained that drying my hair was necessary to confirm the color was corrected, but the response I received made me uncomfortable. I ultimately declined the appointment and said I would wait until my next scheduled visit. The owner then replied that I should find another salon that could better meet my needs. It's disappointing, as I truly liked my stylist and had enjoyed my experiences there up until this point. I suppose the moral of the story is that how a business handles customer concerns says as much about its professionalism as the quality of its work.
