I signed up for a buy one get one free in January. It should have ended in February, but I have now…read morebeen charged two months in a row for $29.95. I have tried contacting them to the number that's on the website 574-777-0525 I always get a prerecorded message that all the representatives are busy. It tells you to leave a voicemail and they'll call you back but no one ever calls you back. It also tells you to use option number two to have someone return to call to your phone number but again no one ever calls back. I have also tried contacting them through the website and given them my email address and phone number and no one has contacted me. I went to the location in Goshen but the gentleman that i spoke to said that he could not do anything about that and that I had to contact the number that's on the website the same one that I've called multiple times with no response. I give them a negative five stars for terrible customer service and no way to get a hold of anyone to talk to about your account. I figure that if I posted a review maybe they would see this and actually try to contact me. It's funny the response that they give on all of these reviews is the same stupid number that I keep calling and no one ever answers or calls you back.

The man assured me (because i definitely asked) that I could cancel before the 30 days and not be charged the monthly fee. 4 days before the 30 days, I tried to contact customer support leaving messages on the phone (no one ever answers) and texting the number given to me. Finally someone got ahold of me and assured me they would cancel the 33.00 from going thru. Of course, it went thru anyways and it's been two weeks trying to get a refund. No one will answer phone or respond to my texts. HORRIBLE customer support. Still trying to get someone to contact me. Very disappointed. I have made a comment on their Facebook page to warn others and of course they delete it.

Then they do have a handful of really nice vacuum sweepers to use on the inside at a reasonable price. One time it took my money in the automatic wash and they called me the next day and gave me three free washes, or was willing to do a return on my debit card.

I'm so sad they changed up bc it's so convenient and close to home but I'll drive across town to get what I pay for. I really wish they would have never changed. The old wash kept my car sparkling and clean. This new wash they installed is absolutely terrible & I know I can't be the only one who's noticed the downfall of the quality. They have however always been pleasant to work with and so friendly which makes me even more sad to end my membership.

I paid $11 for a basic wash and I was very happy with the speed and quality of the wash. My car came out sparkly clean and I was in and out of there in less then 10 minutes, even tho there was a long line or cars when I arrived. Besides the traditional drive-thru wash you might see at a gas station, there is an attendant before you enter the tunnel. They use a soapy brush to manually scrub off any stuck-on dirt from your car. The wash tunnel has two different cleaning stages. Soft cloth then soft brushes. After that you go through the rinse and finally the dry. I don't know what all you get for the more premium washes, but I chose the most basic option and I'm very happy with the results.
