The thing that made this one better than most was the friendly and helpful staff, I needed help finding something and was able to get help fast. Then while checking out the coupon I had on my phone wasn't downloading, the clerk patiently waited while I fumbled around for it and after we couldn't pull it up was able to do a work around it so I could get the five bucks off my purchase. I am all about customer service I do my best even on my worst days to make sure customers are taken care of this customer service training is so poor people are so lazy they don't care who they inconvenience is is just awful. The Chinese manager who has such a nasty attitude began to belittle her in front of all the customers that was in there at the time saying don't open the hair anymore.
