My 14 year old opened 2 jars, one at a time, that she was going to buy and smelled one and felt one of them. She'd been holding onto them for a few minutes. When my niece came over to the display, the 14 year old sat hers down on the display shelf. Without waiting to see if we were purchasing them, the man scolded her. He said, "If you're putting your things in the things when others buy them their things get mingled with your things. So, don't feel them." I had just stated that if she wanted a couple of them, I would buy them. My 14 year old was embarrassed that he said something and was actually near tears. My niece was embarrassed. We had gone into all the shops in Fairport over the week she was here. She was prepared to put her items back over the comment. She commented that everyone had been so nice, but this guy ruined the 100% pleasant shopping experience that the other shops gave her. Maybe before you comment, listen to the customer saying, "I'll buy a couple of those things for you." He didn't yell, but the comment wasn't necessary. It isn't like it was too busy or loud and he couldn't hear me say it. We were the only ones in the shop. Maybe he's the reason. We purchased our items anyway. But, we certainly won't go back. I shouldn't have bought anything but she was pretty excited for the slime and after he commented her anxiety kicked in, so she needed it. I was upset that he felt the need to comment. Anyway, it's too bad. It's a cute shop and we like to support local. It might have been on my local shops list for gift giving. But, it was a one and done experience for me. It's a shame. By the way, if you don't want people opening certain things ( you can't smell scented items if you can't open them), then put up a sign that says you can't smell or touch, you just have to chance it. You have one for the lip balm. I hate leaving bad reviews but this warranted one.

Everyone there is pleasant, welcoming, kind, and seem to genuinely enjoy being there. It's hard to calm dental anxiety, but the level of care and peacefulness the office brings is refreshing and so welcome. I walked out of my cleaning today and said "I am so glad I switched to this office!" Highly recommend if you are in need of a new place. The ONLY thing that can be tough is that parking can be tricky if you have a larger vehicle. That said there are many nearby lots within a short walking distance if the office lot is full.
