I asked if the images are included in my patient files when I change duty stations. I was told they are not released or included if you request copies of your medical file from them unless you want to pay $92.00, however another eye doc can request them. I asked if they charge the new doc a fee for releasing them and I was told "not usually." Hmmmm... I already paid the $29.00 fee for the digital imaging BEFORE I asked these questions and now regret it, because I do not own the images. I requested my money back for the $29 fee and had no issues.
