To Whom It May Concern,…read more I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a serious safety issue and poor customer service experience at your 7-Eleven location: Store Information: 7-Eleven Store #42177 3901 Ramsey St Fayetteville, NC 28311 Phone: (910) 850-3227 Date/Time of Incident: April 30, 2026 at approximately 6:39 AM Pump Number: 6 On the above date and time, I purchased gasoline from Pump #6 in the amount of $35.00 (cash transaction; receipt attached). After beginning the transaction, it became clear that there was a hazardous fuel spill/leak present at the pump, creating a dangerous condition for customers. Despite this: - The pump was not marked out of order - No effort was made to block off or clean the hazardous area - Customers were still being allowed to use the pump I reported the issue to the assistant manager identified as "Dania." However, the situation was not handled appropriately. The pump remained in service, and my request for a refund or proper resolution was refused, despite the unsafe conditions. This situation raises serious concerns regarding: - Customer safety and fire hazard risk - Failure to follow basic fuel station safety protocols - Lack of proper incident response by on-site management Requested Resolution: 1. A full refund of the $35.00 transaction 2. Immediate inspection and repair of Pump #6 3. Staff retraining on safety compliance and hazard response 4. A written response addressing corrective actions taken I have retained photographic evidence of the hazardous condition and a copy of the transaction receipt, which can be provided upon request. If this matter is not addressed promptly, I am prepared to escalate this complaint to appropriate regulatory agencies, including state fuel inspection authorities and consumer protection offices.
