It is a Positive Blessing when Great customer service still exists. This Pharmacy is the worst. I only use it because I'm at stage 4 and this is the only place that carries the medication I need. I arrived at 8am and was told that I would have to come back at 2:00 pm. I did this and my prescription was not ready. They said the had the medication but it "would be a little while longer". When at 6:00 pm they said it might take until 7:00. They would not fill my prescription. I was told they would text me when ready. It is now 24 hours later and no prescription. I cannot understand these people. They seem to delight in giving people grief. They are "passive-agressive" and infuriating. Whoever is in charge of running this sorry excuse for a pharmacy should replace this entire group. NEVER USE THIS PHARMACY. read more

I don't know what has happened to CVS, but their service has become abysmal. They used to always automatically refill my prescriptions and I could go right in and pick them up. Now, my refills are never ready when I go in and they take forever to get them filled. For example, I went in on Monday for pick-up. It wasn't ready, but the tech said it would be ready by 4pm. I couldn't make it back in until Thursday, and guess what! It still was not ready. I have to go back a third time to get this medication. I really don't have time for this. to start, the store is disgusting! on the inside! the floor looks like it has not been cleaned or repaired since 1995. This was our first and last time using this location because if the rest of the store can look this nasty I don't even want to know what it looks like behind the counter where the prescriptions are being held. Second, I don't know where they found the workers in the pharmacy section but rude and the personality of a rock is at its finest! Got in line to pick up a prescription only to be greeted with someone who has no social skills and advised my prescription was not here after calling and confirming it was ready. She sends me over to another window who the lady also had no social skills advised the prescription was there and ready and told me to go back to the first window I was originally at. I'm not sure why we had to bounce back and forth between windows for one person to say the prescriptions are not there and one to confirm they are, do they not use the same system? A gentleman was in front of me picking up his prescriptions and in the middle of his transaction the lady walks away from behind the counter to go in the bathroom. Thank Goodness he was a good person because he could have removed his card and took the prescriptions FOR FREE. For this CVS to be across from a major hospital they need new management because it's clear whoever is in charge of this one has no experience or just wants a paycheck and don't care to operate this store. It looks like by the rest of these reviews there's an issue and someone from CVS corporate needs to step in before they get a lawsuit. read more

This place has gone down hill in the last year. They once decided not to fill my blood pressure medication because of prior history of swelling but didn't contact me about it. I had to go in store because I couldn't get anyone to answer a phone call. Now I have a prescription that they do no have in stock. I've tried calling so they can tell me where I can go get it and sat waiting for someone to answer the phone for almost 2 hours. I'm going up the chain to report them and taking my business elsewhere. So is my mother. read more

Make sure to count your medication in front of pharmacist before you leave. Someone can not count or integrity of the team is lacking at this pharmacy. Twice my prescription has been short on a 90 day rx. Second time, pharmacist on duty was shocked when I poured pills out on the counter to count and there was less than a months supply in bottle upon receiving at cashier. I use this pharmacy a lot. There is always someone at the register saying "Welcome to CVS! Let me know if you need help finding anything!" The store is always clean and reasonably stocked. I can count on one hand how many times in 5 years they have been out of a medication. read more

I love having a 24hr pharmacy especially as a parent but I dislike the fact that you have drive across town to get to it. I kinda wish there were two 24hr locations. Right across from the hospital, so its very convenient for ER patients to pick up prescriptions. read more

I am not sure what the benefit of being a 24 hour pharmacy is when patients, after waiting several hours in an ER or Urgent Care, then have to wait another 2 hours in the middle of the night for medicine with a fevering child. I wish there were more practical options in Fayetteville. Furthermore, the over night pharmacist/staff are understandably grumpy and cold as I'm sure they're way over worked but simple kindness and to treated as a little more than an inconvenience would go a long way. read more

Sunday 10th December I went to get my wife's script from an emergency room visit while I was there I would fill mines. Anyways while the pharmacist looked at my script she FARTED YES I SAID FARTED and it stunk. I know it was her cause I was the only one in store at 12.45am. After 5 mins of looking she refused to fill it saying she had to check with my doctor. Went across the rd and had absolutely no issues at all. I visited this minute clinic location while out-of-town and was sorely disappointed in the pharmacy patron's lack of service. After being seen by the doctor I was relieved to be getting meds because I was feeling horrible. At the pharmacy counter they all ignored me as though I wasn't there...never acknowledged me standing there nor asked if I needed help. There were at least 5 individuals working the pharmacy but none with any compassion for me as a patient. As bad as I was feeling, I turned and walked out without my meds, went to another drugstore and purchased otc meds, and vowed never to return again.
