I would have been ok with an off scalp application that blends the line with bleach or a semi darker dye. Instead, I was just basically looked at like nope, we only do highlights. The Silent Night roller does help me fall asleep and stay asleep. I use it every night and it's amazing. Calm the Dog actually calms dogs. I was dog sitting this dog who during the first night was really having a hard time relaxing. She was panting and pacing for hours, and nothing I tried to calm her helped. That's when I remembered I ordered Calm the Dog. I put some around her collar and on the bridge of her nose and within 5 minutes she laid down and went to sleep. Restore balm is the greatest thing since buttered corn on the cob. I've been using it as a facial moisturizer and it has softened my wrinkles. The biggest thing is it's made the milia cysts (tiny, white lumps)on my eyelids go away. The lip balms blow store brands out of the water. Plus, there's a Facebook group for Heaven Scent Aroma Shop where Georgeann is there to answer any questions you may have. I don't live in area anymore, so my orders are shipped to me. The shipping rate is reasonable and the packages always arrive in a timely manner. I do know that Georgeann will deliver your order herself if you're close by. Now THAT is superb customer service. When I brought it to their attention, because I booked with them for them to check the incision site the next day after the ER visit- they asked if I had been drinking when they inserted the pellet. While I understand drinking (alcohol) would thin your blood, I had not been drinking. I found it grossly negligent as a trainer inserted the pellet. And despite being numbed I felt pain, which they knew during my visit. The assisting nurse numbed me more, but the ER said an arterial vein was clipped and that was the cause for the bleeding. No apology, no trying to make it right. They just tried to turn it around on something I did. It didn't feel good. I pay a lot of money for HrT. I am not looking to have to go to the ER to fix something I pay for out of pocket! I am not a drinker. I did nothing. Took it easy, in fact had been laying on my couch watching TV, when I got up, there was a massive amount ( ring about 4-5 inches in diameter that I bleed through on my couch, much less my underwear and pants. I did nothing feel it until the air hit the area, and this was about 7 hours later. I will not be giving my money here again. It wasn't that it happened as much as the response when I asked them to check the incision site the next day. No empathy or compassion for something they did, which does not work for me.
