Not even me having the damn package in front of me letting them know when the medication is about to be finished, they still say no is not time yet. No, we gave you this and we gave you that. At the end they still say ok we will do it. It's like don't you have the damn information of when the clients need their medication? Like my client had meds till the 30th of June yet the rude lady that was I talking said we can't do it till the 2nd? I'm like but the packet that I have on my hand is finished on the 30th and it was a back-and-forth situation all the damn time and with rudeness. I can't work with people like this so that's why I'm going with some one more professional. Also, they LIED about not being able to provide the insurance information to the other pharmacy because of HIPPA? LOL so you can send the demographics and is not an issue with HIPPA but insurance info is? Anyways is okay I was able to provide them with the information :) Thank you! YOU JUST LOST 4 CLIENTS!

Also included a free first aid kit,pens, and a calendar magnet. Waited less then 10 minutes for them to be filled. Unlike CVS or Walgreens taking hours most of the time. They also offer free local delivery. If you're sick of being just a number at other pharmacy I strongly advise going to Leeland Pharmacy

When I explained there was a problem with the transfer, the staff would not listen and just told me they would call when it was ready. When I pushed further, they told me to call Publix and figure it out myself. Publix actually tried to help by calling this pharmacy to correct the issue, but nobody here answers the phone. In all my years dealing with pharmacies, I have never experienced anything like this. I would rather keep my prescription at Publix and pay more than transfer it to this location.

Any cheese in the deli case is available. I went with Gouda. So many amazing choices. A wide variety of kombucha options. And the glazed donuts are still the same tasty morsels I remember. All employees were friendly, though they did seem a little overworked and tired. Still accommodating and helpful. I truly miss this chain of supermarkets.

Very disappointing experience at the Estero Walmart…read more I purchased a $40 beach umbrella here as a last-minute item for a day at the beach. After getting everything packed, driving out there, and setting everything up, we discovered the umbrella had clearly been used and was so badly damaged that it literally fell apart when we opened it. We couldn't even use it. Extremely frustrating when you buy something specifically because you need it that day. When I returned it, I wasn't upset about the $40. My concern was how an item in that condition ended up back on the shelf for another customer to purchase. I tried explaining this to a manager/"Coach" named James. Instead of listening to my concern, he became defensive, repeatedly interrupted me, and spoke to me in a condescending manner. When I referred to Walmart as "y'all," he immediately responded, "We didn't do that. We didn't put that back on the shelf," as though I was personally accusing him. What really surprised me was another employee telling me, "We do not check the products when they're returned. We just trust the customer." If that's actually the procedure, that's concerning. I doubt anyone is putting a returned PS5 straight back on the shelf without checking it first. Why should a customer buying a $40 item deserve any less consideration? The defective umbrella was frustrating, especially because it affected our beach plans. But the dismissive attitude from James when I raised a legitimate concern is what really turned this into a bad customer-service experience.

Not in FL where you buy one and it's full price. Makes you think twice about your purchase, i.e. 'will I really use two containers of strawberries before they go bad?!' *** There aren't enough cart corrals here. Buggies are left willy-nilly in the parking lot. People are too lazy to wheel them to designated areas where they won't conceivably damage parked cars. While the store can't do anything about that, they CAN send staff out regularly to collect runaway buggies. (They do it in GA!)
