If you need any reason to shop here, go to the sister store CVS . They only have self serve check out, cashier is scheduled but literally was MIA as the front end was completely unattended. Not all transactions are self serve and some people need help using the kiosk and that scenario of an unattended front end is not even remotely helpful for maintaining inventory. No one on the floor to help either, unless you hunt for someone . Walgreens in contrast, you are greeted, directed to aisles for product and I was even given a coupon. Pharmacy is great too. It never ceases to amaze me how much better Walgreens seems to be in the state of Florida than CVS, and in SC and Arizona, the reverse is true. Literally only shop in CVS when I have to . read more

This is our neighborhood Walgreens. The staff has been pretty nice and I am in and out of the pharmacy a lot, you have to understand they stay super busy and are probably worn out, that said they have always been congenial. Of course they aren't going to stay open past hours for anyone, have the other reviewers ever worked retail!? The female pharmacy tech with long dark hair and tattooed eyebrows is, in my opinion, unfit for a public-facing position. Consistently rude to all patients/customers, from what I can see. I have also observed her being inconsiderate to other staff working behind the pharmacy counter. If there was an option for zero stars, I would give it here. read more

The rudest Pharmacist I ever seen! Not to me personally but to an older gentleman who was attempting to buy a generic, I believe it was the pharmacist assistant, trying to tell him he couldn't get a generic and he was trying to say he had got it before He asked to speak to the pharmacist. The actual pharmacist who is a younger man maybe 30-40 was so unbelievably rude to him. He actually told the older gentleman that if he had to stop every time someone had a question he would never get done any work done. I realize he might have a lot of prescriptions probably to fill, but there was no one there just me and this older gentleman. I just couldn't believe he could be so rude to a customer. This is your bread and butter buddy. Work on your people skills. I will never go back to that Walgreens for anything. There is a CVS RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET. I have been a Walgreens member for years and appreciated the savings program. No more. Now customers are required to down load an app to use coupons. Apps slow down phone speed and info customers provide can be shared with other venders leading to spam. Also Walgreens does not have in store Wi-Fi, so unless you have a more costly cell phone package, you cannot use app to get coupon. If you don't have a cell phone, or an expensive cell phone plan, or don't have your cell phone with you, Walgreens would rather you just F...off. read more

I tried to call Walgreens this morning as per their instructions about my husband's meds. (9150 KINGS CROSSING RD) After 4 redial I finally was connected to the pharmacy. While I waited for 15-20 minutes I would hear someone answer and then hang up! Fortunately, I was still on hold. This happened 3 times. Once I did get a person on the phone I made a short complaint! Wow, what a response I received in return. She scolded me and told me that was no way to start a conversation and put me on hold again. Finally, another gal answered and I was able to finish what I was calling for. What has happened to our society? There is no need for rudeness. Where has customer service disappeared to? read more

Moved here 3 years ago where I've always used Walgreens pharmacy without a problem! This pharmacy manager and staff are so unfriendly, like also posted u can sit at drive through forever without even a hello. Also tried to call & are put on hold forever than a hang up! Nice, very professional! The manager of the pharmacy is the worst, rude, asks questions that shouldn't concern him, even my Drs staff never heard of it!! Last night was the worst! Coming in from out of town, out of my pills for 8 days because of the type of medication out of state. I called when I landed and said I understood they close at 9, I said I was minutes away but if I got there at 9:01 would they wait on me to get my RX. He said no, they close at 9! Also he said should they make there hours convenient for me? Unbelievable! I can see by other reviews this pharmacy is the worst. read more

The pharmacy staff at this particular location will serve you with a dose of attitude. Not healthy and certainly not happy. This is not once or two incidents. Constantly for the past year and a half. I dread walking into this place every time. Too bad our insurance only deals with those folks. read more

Prescription initially filled in a new "Walgreens" pharmacy in a Rite-Aide store up north. Confirmed refills would be easy at any Walgreens Pharmacy. I'm out of Med. My bad. Called this FM Walgreens. Happy to fill script. Problem: WOULD TAKE 24 to 48 HOURS to "transfer" the Walgreens script Down to this store. Person in pharmacy said they were "too busy" with snowbirds with same request. OK. Out-of-the-box thinking. This happens every year? DUH. PLAN FOR THE SURGE. Develop the staffing. Corporate develop systems to make the process easier with less skill required. Next year I'll go to CVS UP NORTH. read more

0 stars, the lady who was doing the covid test on 5/5/22 at 345pm is rude and is whats wrong with this world. I showed up for a covid test 20 minutes early second in line. Test in front of me to 1 minute. I pulled up to the window and she informed me she doesn't have my paperwork and if have to wait until 4pm on the dot which is as dumb of an excuse as she is. So i pulled back around and let the car behind me go since there appointment was earlier. Fair. (Appointments take 60 seconds) so i pulled back around the line behind the car that was behind me, no problem they were done in 60 seconds. I then pulled up to the window she looked over and noticed it was me again and ignored me for 10 minutes (10 appointments). Car then pulls behind me i was the only one in line for 10 minutes i knew what she was doing so i pulled into the parking lot so the person behind me didnt have to deal with her bullsh*t and she took care of the car behind me in less than 60 seconds. Then 4-5 more cars within the 5 extra minutes i had to wait for it to be 4pm on the dot. Ma'am im informing you of this after you complete my test. Your customer service is 0 your iq is 0. Yep! They did it again--the pharmacists at Walgreen's are "on top of things"! This pharmacist questioned the use of a particular prescription I was having filled because it might conflict with another I already take. I had checked with my doctor (as I told her) but was impressed with the care they give. They do know their customers and feel a responsibility toward their care. Kudos! read more
