If you don't have an hour or more to wait in the drive through, don't go to the drive through. I'm not sure wht this walgreens won't have people pull out when their stuff isn't ready, but month after month, I wait at least 50 minutes to go through 3 or 4 cars. In addition, when you do get to the window, not one apology for the wait. No explanations. Just so rude. The poorest managed Walgreens within 30 miles. It is not like this anywhere else. read more

My review is based on the pharmacy, they always act like they don't get prescriptions sent to them when I go to pick up my prescriptions even after they confirmed receiving them when I called. I'll. If I could give 0 stars I would they are inefficient and incompetent. I waited for over an hour and a half for a prescription that was sent 2 hours before I even got there. I heard one of the techs tell one of the customers they were 2 weeks behind. The drive through line was about a little over an hour wait just for them to tell me to come inside to wait. Waited another 30 minutes before I went up and apparently my prescription was ready and no one had told me to come up and checkout. This is the first time this has ever happened and I will not be coming back to this location. I've been using Walgreens for all of my prescription needs since I was a teenager and am extremely disappointed with the whole experience. read more

Their pharmacy has really gone downhill since COVID hit. Getting a prescription use to take 30mins to get filled now it takes atleast 4hrs and the inside line and both drive thru lines are ridiculously long. If you don't have enough staff then get rid of the Covid testing that would probably solve the wait time. read more

I think this Walgreens is the first Walgreens I've seen outside of California/Nevada (or maybe I just never seem to need to go to one when I'm elsewhere). I'm here visiting my family for Christmas, so I'm not too familiar with the area. My brother was feeling sick and wanted some hot tea and honey for his throat. We first went to Safeway last night Christmas Eve, but they closed at 6pm! A lot of people looked ticked. So I took a look around and saw Walgreens and was relieved. Like most Walgreens, they carried just about everything that we needed. We saw a lot of random last-minute Christmas shoppers too, or maybe wanna-be Santas! Very clean store. Helpful employees. Always a line inside and out. Last visit I was in for a flu shot and after waiting in line for 22 minutes, with only 4 ahead of us, it took 3 employees and 20+ minutes more to figure out how to process the payment through Medicare. Sadly this is a very inefficient operation. Will be transferring prescriptions to another pharmacy. read more

Convenient location. Great selection of over the counter medications for colds, flu, and other ailments, large variety of vitamins, and much more. Walgreens has so much from make up, electronics, photo lab, snacks, drinks and so much more. Staff is friendly. Military receive a discount every Tuesday. read more

Will never return, pharmacy is a joke. Can't fill a perscription with in 24 hrs, or answer the phone to tell you why. Spent over an hour and half on hold, then 45 mins in the store after giving up just to be told it'll be another hour. Worse service possible. Stay away. read more

Over the years the service in the pharmacy has gone down. Wait times inside and through the drive through have increased drastically. And don't even try to call them as you will be on hold for a long long time. Seriously, they need more help and with the price of prescriptions, I don't understand why they don't hire more employees, especially at critical times (11-1 and 5-7 pm). I tried to find out the price of my prescription. I drove by and 6 cars in the drive through, so I parked and went inside and there were at least that many inside, so I called them later and was put on hold for so long, I gave up. had a prescription sent in around 10 this morning for pain meds, went to pick it up around 230-3 was told that their pharmacist wanted to make sure that the doctor wanted to give me the quick release and not the extended release, the doctor writes these things in when they send over the prescription so to my understanding it sounded like the pharmacist wanted me to get the extended and not what the doctor said. Well long story short its 5:30pm and i still don't have my meds and the shot that was suppose to go with those meds have now worn off so now the medication won't be as effective and now i don't have them for work tomorrow so im probably won't be able to work now (so they cost me money!) HIGHLY disappointed in this pharmacy family and i have had nothing but trouble the past few scripts, going to start looking else where cause people need these medications for a reason and we can't just wait on them!!!! read more

Customer service is not a strong point. Getting a prescription is a nightmare no matter what time of day. Drive thru regularly wraps around the building n the line inside is always ridiculous. Normal for them to have one person checking people out regardless how long folks stand in line. I despise this place but Safeway is even worse. Ugh read more

Excellent pharmacy staff! I recently was stunned by the $400 price on an antibiotic I tried to fill! The pharmacist called my physician; got a substitution and filled it; quickly. I also know my parents use this as their go-to pharmacy location and are extremely pleased with the pharmacy staff and customer service. read more

I needed to transfer a very urgent medication to this pharmacy because the one i go to was going to be closing soon. My pharmacy informed me that I need to call Walgreens first to get the transfer and that they will wait for Walgreens to call them even though they will be closing in 25 minutes, they are so sweet. But the lady at Walgreens said "I'm not going to call them because they aren't going to answer" I was stunned. My pharmacy literally told me they would wait for Walgreens to call even though they are closing soon and the lady literally refused it was the most bazaar thing I have ever experienced and I do not recommend this pharmacy as they do NOT care for their patients or their health. She sat there and argued on the phone with me telling me over and over that she isn't going to attempt because they won't answer? very unprofessional and I can't believe someone in such a profession would even say something like that read more

This pharmacy is ridiculous!! Don't waste your time going here to have your medications filled !! I have sat in the drive thru 45 plus mins more than once to be told only part of my order is ready do to some error or delay or shortage of staff. Went in the store on one 2 different occasions same thing line all the way down waited 1h just to drop off medication script. They have a window for both pick up and drop off but never use them .. it's always closed so even if you have to drop off you still have to wait in the whole line !! They never follow through with insurance authorizations. I have put in meds and waited up to 2 weeks to get them!! Share this with everyone there are so many other options to go and get your medications .. my time is valuable and so is yours . read more

Only complaint is that for pharmacy drive through, if someone doesn't have their order ready and they are not dropping off a prescription (for later pickup), tell them to park and come in store. The line is always extremely long and waiting to the point i have to turn my car off because someone has an issue. Even in food service, if you have to wait for food, they get them out of the line and pulled over until someone can help them. Keep that line moving. If I have called in my prescription hours ahead, I should be able to drive up, pay and pick up with minimal waiting. If i have more than that, i should be told to go park and come inside. read more

The absolute worst customer service in the pharmacy! The rest of the store employees are polite, helpful and friendly. The pharmacy staff is rude obnoxious and seem to think they can treat people badly. News flash there are dozens of places to fill prescriptions within 5 miles! WARNING - Never ever will I return there because the pharmacist here thinks she's a doctor and judges you very harshly if your on pain medication as if everyone is a drug seeker. She was extremely rude and more 3 occasions refused to fill my prescriptions. First time I waited for an hour on Friday then she refused to fill my prescriptions and my doctor was on vacation so I couldn't get ahold of my doctor to clear any issues up. I just left in tears I was in so much pain. The second time same thing. This time I did get ahold of my doctor. So my doctor talked to the pharmacist and couldn't remember her office phone number . So this b8)((8( told my doctor she was lying about who she was. Even after the doctor gave her all other accurate information like her medical license number. It was ridiculous. She's got long brown very straight older woman. If you see her don't walk ...run to another pharmacy No ONE SHOULD BE TREATED SO BADLY. She's a horrible human being. read more

Absolutely horrible service at this pharmacy. I worked for Walgreens and am blown away. There are multiple prescriptions that I have submitted almost a week ago that still aren't filled. When called multiple times to find out what the problem is. I'm first told that the doctor isn't responding to their refill request. So doctor gets called and low and behold they did respond. So after multiple calls to the pharmacy I find out that oh it is in my records they just aren't filling it. So multiple calls later, they script is processed. But wait! Now there is a problem with the insurance... The problem is no matter how many I update the insurance information they just aren't saving it to my file. Which makes for an even bigger problem due to the fact that when they updated it again the information wasn't input correctly. Needless to say. It still isn't filled and I have yet to even receive an appology, only rude attitudes and snarky comments all wrapped up with a hour or more of waiting at the drive through line with an equally long wait inside the store. read more
