Lines are long and slow, staff is rude, prescriptions are not ready within timelines promised, pricing is exorbitant and does not match pricing in their own app(!), and full prescriptions are not dispensed causing great headaches with insurance. It was roughly 3 and a half hours before closing, so I asked if that meant I could grab them before they closed, and they said no. Fast forward to the next day, I give them a call about an hour after they opened and they told me the prescriptions (I had 3) would be ready in about 30 minutes, so I headed that way within the hour. After waiting in the pharmacy drive thru for 20 minutes, I got to the window and they told me they had lost my prescription and it would be another hour. How do you lose someone's medications?! Especially after calling to confirm they'd be ready less than two hours before? I eventually got them but that was the first and last time I'll use this pharmacy. Super unprofessional, absolutely zero urgency, and the customer service was mediocre at best. Definitely look else where if you're needing a prescription filled.

Unfortunately more often than not, I am met with staff at this location that would rather talk and…read morehang out with eachother while being on their phones and act like customers are rude for interrupting their conversation. I went in one day to grab some underwear for my husband and all of the ones he wears are locked up and you have to ask an associate to help you in order to get them out from behind the locked space. We waited for 15 minutes for someone to come because out of all the associates, only one of them had a key. When the associate with a key came to unlock it for us, they put it in a portable locked plastic box that had to be unlocked in order for us to purchase it once we made our way to the front. It's uncomfortable to be treated like a criminal when you're just trying to shop and not to mention frustrating to wait fifteen minutes just to grab something that has not been purchased yet. We went to the self checkout eventually and we were met with a different associate who was working the self checkout and kept watching us checkout as if to see if we were going to steal something. I don't remember what comment was made, but I made one to the associate because I felt upset and uncomfortable about the whole situation to which their reply was I'm just making sure. The fact that the employees are acting that way is enough to make me not want to return, at least to this location. There are security guards there to check receipts, which I absolutely understand. But it is not their job to make customers feel uncomfortable when they are trying to shop and to make them feel like they are a burden for asking for help. So after they made that comment, I was done checking out, but I couldn't pay yet because I was waiting for another associate that the checkout associate called at the beginning of the checkout process to come unlock the portable plastic box with my husbands underwear. I was standing there waiting at the checkout for another ten minutes and ended up asking the checkout associate if the person with the key to the box was coming so I could finish checking out. The associate told me they are working on it and they had an attitude about it. I waited another five minutes after that before someone finally came with a key. I was debating on just leaving everything I scanned there and walking out. I don't know what is going on with this location and I'm not normally the one to go out of my way to leave reviews, but for anyone reading this, what are your thoughts on this situation?
