I was hoping for a relatively quick in and out experience and I got that for the most part. Kristine at the pharmacy helped me quickly and efficiently, and said it would be about 15 minutes for the 'script to be ready. I'm familiar with that game from Walgreens but since I rarely visit a CVS, I took the opportunity to browse the shelves. As expected, staples such as cereal are marked way up and snack items are competitively priced. I wasn't finished with my wandering when my pills were ready. Checkout was easy, though I was surprised that I wasn't asked if I wanted to talk to the pharmacist at all about the meds. My biggest issue is the large section of the store that was cordoned off with caution tape for apparently a remodel of some sort, but it looked more like the aftermath of the Tazmanian Devil than any kind of reorganization. Definitely not what I expected from Fox Point!

I have to tell myself to not be surprised my the total at check-out. I've not long just moved to the area and already popped into this place plenty of times. First time, I tried to pay at the kiosk for 10 minutes with no luck, using 3 different cards, all of which were refused. When I gave up, I decided to go into the shop and charge a snack. The clerk easily processed my card, but denied there was a problem outside. As I was leaving, another car was backing out of the kiosk. Second time, I used the other lane, paid, and nothing happened: no lights, no signs -- nothing. I ended up driving through the wash area, and stopped in the store for a refund. The FINAL time, after more than a month, I went to the first lane again. When I reached the entrance to the car wash, a pleasant young man greeted me and directed me to proceed. He began spraying the car, wheels, hubcaps, etc. and motioned to me to follow directions on the sign (put in neutral, foot off breaks, hands off wheel). Then the car started shaking as the mechanism ground away at my tires -- tires that were just serviced, aligned, and rotated the day before. He ultimately had me back out because the mechanism wasn't working. Seriously, fix this stuff or shut it down.

The staff at the store would not do anything to resolve the situation without management approval. When they finally got a manager on the phone, 15 minutes later, he NEVER apologized, or offered to resolve the situation.... he only said I could wait a week or pay more. That is not a resolution, Otto's does not care about their customers. Oh and by the way; my calls and emails were never answered. I never spoke with Cindy M, and even though I was promised a return phone call.... it has been two weeks. Otto's does not care about its customers.... shop somewhere else.
