A few hours after they were supposed to be ready, I came to pick them up and they didn't have them. They asked me to come look at the computer and identify my photo. They printed one photo and told me to come back later for the others. Ten days later, they can find my order but not my printed photos even though I received a reminder to pick up my photos. They told me to resubmit the order and they will reprint but now the price is double because the promotion I used is over. Pharmacy review: I requested an Epi pen that was automated (auviq). They tried to give me the larger non-automated then said they might have the one I wanted. I accepted the Auviq, then opened the bag to see that it expires in 10 months. Wish I could have received one with a full year of life in it. I had one other time they switched a drug on me for a generic brand without telling me (I assumed it was the same and didn't open the bag until evening/store was closed); now I know to ask before accepting a medication.

The produce is very often unacceptable. But that's not even the main reason we don't go. The general vibe--in terms of the looks and feel of the place, and in terms of the unattentiveness of the staff (except for the pharmacy)--is like you're at a Walmart... Just a very unpleasant shopping experience. I was recently at a meeting of neighbors and heard others in my neighborhood are also avoiding it, for similar reasons. Hopefully they will turn this branch around to make it more like the Metro in Mequon (which shows that Kroger knows how to get it right, when they decide they want to), or just close this depressing place down and bring us another grocery store that is more attuned to the growing needs of Brown Deer. Until that happens, I'm going to continue schlepping over to Piggly.

If I run out I can come by each day and get one until the next batch comes in. See they have enough to fill my prescription, but they need to keep a certain amount on hand so I can't get it all at once. After complaining to management multiple times, the final offer is to have some store clerk drive over to another store after work and pickup some more. Mind you this is not a pharmacist doing the pickup, but whoever they can get to do it out on the store floor. Drugs should be handled by a secure courier service, not average employees. I'm not taking a cancer drug with occasional supply shortages, but instead common anxiety medication. I transferred my prescriptions to the Walgreen's on 60th and Brown Deer Rd. There equally as incompetent but they actually order enough medication. This isn't even the store they were going to pickup the extra medication from.

I was hoping for a relatively quick in and out experience and I got that for the most part. Kristine at the pharmacy helped me quickly and efficiently, and said it would be about 15 minutes for the 'script to be ready. I'm familiar with that game from Walgreens but since I rarely visit a CVS, I took the opportunity to browse the shelves. As expected, staples such as cereal are marked way up and snack items are competitively priced. I wasn't finished with my wandering when my pills were ready. Checkout was easy, though I was surprised that I wasn't asked if I wanted to talk to the pharmacist at all about the meds. My biggest issue is the large section of the store that was cordoned off with caution tape for apparently a remodel of some sort, but it looked more like the aftermath of the Tazmanian Devil than any kind of reorganization. Definitely not what I expected from Fox Point!

Large store, always very clean, and has the standard merchandise. I mean truly you can get most anything you need here, convenience-store wise. They have a really great toys/home section as well with very good prices. I'll admit the pharmacy here can be fairly slow, especially if you take the drive-thru route so be prepared to wait. I get a lot of document printing done here and it's always effortless and quick. I simply submit docs online and it's ready within 30 minutes for pick up. For the most part, I've always found the staff at this location to be friendly and helpful, too!

I only came in here because they have a medicine disposal box and I had some old pills to get rid of. While I was here I decided to look at a couple things. Saw some cool stuff from Halloween that was half off (seems a little late for only half off since we're closer to Thanksgiving at this point...) but with no original price on it, I had no way to know if it was worth it and ended up skipping it. Employees talk to each other only and the store was a mess; there were more leaves in the vestibule than my front yard.
