If you ever want to know what it feels like to be openly disrespected as a customer, come to this Walgreens. I came in to buy two candy bars. That is it. No big transaction, no drama. I walked up to the register expecting this to take maybe thirty seconds. The cashier looked at me and said, "I'll be right back." No problem in theory. Except what followed was one of the slowest, most passive aggressive performances I have ever seen in a store. He did not just walk slowly. He dragged himself across the store like every step was an act of protest. He went to deal with another customer somewhere else, moving at a speed that said very clearly, "Your time means nothing to me." No apology, no "Give me one moment," nothing. Just vanishing while I am standing there at the register like an idiot holding two candy bars. Then the return trip. Same slow shuffle back. No urgency, no acknowledgment that I had been waiting this whole time. By the time he finally got back, several minutes had passed for something that should have taken less than a minute. I told him, very calmly given the situation, that he should have checked me out first. His response was, "He was ahead of you." That explanation would carry more weight if he had shown any sign of trying to be efficient or considerate. Instead, he decided to prove a point. He started scanning my two candy bars with exaggerated slow movements, like he wanted to annoy me on purpose. This is not just bad service. It is contempt for the customer. If you work a register, your job is simple. Acknowledge the person standing in front of you. Move with some basic level of urgency. Do not act like ringing up two items is an inconvenience to you. And absolutely do not respond to feedback by intentionally slowing down more. Management needs to take a serious look at who they put at the front of the store, because this kind of attitude drives people away. I will go out of my way to avoid this location from now on. read more

They lost my prescription. Have does that even happen!? That was the straw that broke this camels back. The last 3-4 months, I've had monthly medications and it's been a nightmare. I literally cried one day out of frustration because the pharmacy wouldn't communicate with my doctor's office to refill an established prescription. Go somewhere else. read more

I needed to pick up some medication after my husbands oral surgery appt and we went to the nearest pharmacy in hopes of some fast service while my "little" patient was recuperating in the car. I can't say enough about the super-fast service and pleasant experience. I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes! This is my last time dealing with this disaster of a pharmacy. They constantly bill the wrong insurance on me. Doesn't matter if I tell them the correct one when I bring in my scrip. Doesn't matter if rhe doctor puts it in the scrip if it gets sent electronically. Then, when I go to pick it up, I have to leave and come back again. It's just a mess from top to bottom. A dozen people waiting on line with only 1 person working the counter and 8 more scurrying around . Although I like the layout of this Walgreens store better than other drug stores, it's still just an average drug store with a slow pharmacy department. On the plus side it's a very clean, well lit store. The shelves are well organized and usually stocked quite well. You can pretty much find anything here and it can save you a trip to the grocery store. The location is very convenient on the corner of Main Street and Stillwells Corner. It's easy to access from the road, also has a drive thru pharmacy. They also have an above average photo department. One of the main drawbacks is the pharmacy department. The drive-through is slow. If you go and wait in line inside the store, due to crowds your wait can be long. Don't expect your prescription to ever be filled faster than 30 minutes, even if the store is slow. So prescriptions need to be dropped off and picked up at another time which is quite inconvenient unless you have time to kill (I never do). It's still a good drugstore, clean and easy to park and I find the employees courteous and helpful. I prefer this drugstore over the nearby CVS pharmacy. read more

The pharmacy is horrendous. I've been trying to call them about my prescription for over an hour now. I'm on hold for a long period of time only for them to pick up the phone and hang up. I even called the store manager to tell her and the same thing happened again. I have had numerous problems with them filling my prescriptions and the staff is always rude. This was the last straw. I am transferring all my prescriptions to a different pharmacy and telling everyone about my experience. read more

Walgreens pharmacy manager that worked tonight- Do Better! Completely rude and unprofessional!!!!Come in with a script that has a substitution signed by a doctor and refuses to give me medication even when the prescription reads substitution remissible. Tells me I need a fresh script. Funny how that works when you are the only pharmacy that gave me an issue! This is an absolutely magnificent store. It is well lit, clean, and well stocked. And that's where the positive ends. The people that work here just don't seem to care. The lines are long and the attitudes are strong. Only come here if you absolutely have to. Then there is the pharmacy. I've never seen anything like it. They have 2 drive through lanes but only operate one so you're guaranteed a long wait as the person in front of you waits the 40 minutes for their script to be ready. Inside is no better. You just stand there and wait....and wait. No one cares and there really is nothing you can do about it. No drop off, no quick pick up, just blatant mismanagement and indifference. Most of these issues could be resolved with even a slightly competent manager. Corporate clearly doesn't care either. But they are the only 24 hour drive thru pharmacy in the area. And as long as that's the case they will continue to be the hot mess they are known for. read more

Well Walgreens has now slipped in my ratings. No one should have to wait 20 min to drop off a prescription and an hour to fill it. A few months ago they only gave me half my prescription and they acted like it was my fault. I also had two prescriptions for similar items and they only filled one. Did they call and ask which one i wanted? Of course not. When i said I wanted the other med instead, they said they won't take back meds even though it was still sealed in the bag and I was still at the counter. They should have given me the right med and tossed the other one at their expense. When i asked why I wasn't notified I got what I call the Walgreens shrug, which means they don't care one bit. This is not the first time where there was an issue and instead of trying to contact me, they let it sit until I come to pick it up, then do the shrug when I asked about it. The uncaring attitude adds to the low score. The cosmetics department is well stocked but the people that work there need to take it down a notch or ten. If I say I don't need help, it's not an invitation to keep pestering me. Once I even said I had a headache and didn't want to talk, she still kept bothering me. I was having trouble with my insurance covering my infant's prescription and Dennis did what he could to make sure I got the coverage I am entitled to. I can't give zero stars because this won't post!! DO NOT USE ANY WALGREEENS! Twice they f'd up my orders! They were not ready within 24 hours not even 2 days later. First incident I put it online order for Photos on Monday went Wednesday to the Robbinsville Walgreens to pick up photos and a calendar and they were not ready no one called to say the machine was down they said the part was coming on the truck that day and the photos would be ready in the afternoon I tried to transfer them to another store but they could not do that. I went the next day to pick up photos and a calendar And the calendar had photos of a family that weren't mine. Half were mine half were another family. After that I don't know why I trusted them to do my holiday cards and more calendars but I thought another store would be more reliable. Not the case I sent holiday cards and calendars to the freehold on Main St., Walgreens on Monday and they were not ready on Wednesday when I had someone go pick them up in fact they couldn't even find the order so customer service was called they found the order and send them to Manalapan which is not close to my home so I sent them to Walgreens in Hamilton on route 33 tried to call to pick them up on Friday before Christmas and they don't have the order and cannot find it so needless to say they have ruined Christmas because no one will get holiday cards and no one will get the calendars I had made for them. I will never use them for any services no matter how cheap or easy they claim to be. It's not worth all the aggravation stress frustration disappointment wasted time on the phone. This store is large, clean and organized. Nothing much different from any other Walgreens. However the pharmacists or the people working in the pharmacy department are not friendly at all. They seem always annoyed with the phone calls they are getting. I guess it takes a lot of patience to deal with their customers, but still you don't make it that obvious. Also, the prices are higher than other pharmacies in the area. read more

This is the slowest pharmacy with the rudest people. I had my child's prescription filled here and waited over 20 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us at the drive-thru to pick it up. We tried pressing the button and were finally told someone would be with us as soon as they could. I could see a long line inside also and I understand they are busy but at least apologize for the long wait. There is no reason to be so rude once you are able to help us. This is the 4th prescription we had filled this month and each time was the same long wait. When I finally pulled away from the drive-thru there were 4 cars waiting behind us. The inside retail part of the store is clean and the cashiers are slow but at least polite. read more
