The couple ended up waiting while someone else stepped in. Then a different customer walked up with more items, and suddenly that same associate rushed to the register to help them instead. From my perspective, it felt like service depended on who looked like they were spending more. Everyone deserves the same attention, not selective effort. Good job to the associat who stepped in and contributed helping all customer.

Next, I enjoyed a massage by Mireya. Let me tell you about my deep tissue massage! I've had a hundred plus massages in my lifetime and this massage was the absolute most AMAZING MASSAGE, I have EVER received!! Hands down!! And to top it off she gave me a scalp massage that sent my mind into super relaxed mode!! Then, I truly enjoyed a fabulous and very beneficial facial from Tania. She was personable and extremely knowledgeable!! The atmosphere in this spa was so beautiful and very clean. All employees we came in contact with made my friend and I feel very welcomed!
