It appears they cater to a certain demographic but they offer what people want. If there is something you want not here, let them Know and they'll get it. The prices are good. The service is good. The inventory is plentiful. They perform hair services IN the store too! I met a stylist and a customer while shopping. The only critique I have is the parking lot needs work. The asphalt needs to be replaced. There are pot holes. The spaces are too small and the lines need painting again. The property manager or owner of this lot should do better because they're full of tenants so give the store owners what they need for their customers. I wish I knew how to reach them. First appointment was for less than 10 minutes and were asked to do antibiotics, again. Her GP already tried this before referring out to here. Second visit, again no more than 10 minutes for him to say she needs minor surgery. On the second visit the office hounded me to reschedule calling the Friday before, the morning of and then about noon with her appointment at 345. They booked her visit during "procedure" time. We were told to make appointment for the procedure on the second visit and did for today 2/10. When arriving this morning we were told it was actually for tomorrow 2/11. This is after I called to confirm and got the automated message confirming 2/10. The front desk staff needs training in customer service badly. When leaving the on the second visit I had to tell them about the procedure scheduling. She argued with my daughter this morning that she booked it for 2/11 and that we got it wrong. We are done with this place. Two visits, no results. Nothing more than any walk in clinic could do.

Coming back from Jamaica. I'm guessing the amount of alcohol I consumed is coming out of my pores. I breakout way beyond my control. So Melissa came to the rescue. My face look 75% better 24 hrs later. She did a facial, dermaplan, extractions (many) and finish off with a sensi peel. She have proven that there's instant results so I'm booked a monthly appt til I can get these breakouts under control. And what I like about Melissa is, she made suggestions on products but never pushes you.. For that I even appreciate more. She now gain a loyal customer.
