This is the worst pharmacy I've ever used. The front staff are great. It's the pharmacy that needs to change.

So slow, rude staff, especially the curly haired female pharmacist. She radiates misery and seems annoyed to be doing her job.

Horrible pharmacy technicians, I was told my perception would be available went to pick it up both ladies has nasty attitude they both said you prescription is discontinued, I said how's so you told me yesterday you just ordered it and it will be ready today . I called my Doctors office relay what was told to me by the pharmacy technicians and my Doctors office informed me that was false information. I have now moved my perception from CVS I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS. No care,no compassion,horrible customer service. read more

If I could give them a ZERO I would but that is not a option. HORRIBLE TECHS and No REGARD for customers let alone a prescription needed for a Toddler (1 year old)!!! Will NEVER go back. read more

Horrible customer service the staff is rude and condescending. The pharmacist will not call you back if you have a question. The drive-through line is always long. Honestly this has to be the worst CVS in North Carolina. read more

Took my mom for her flu shot. We were the only customers there. When I told the woman want I wanted, she acted like it was a major chore. No smile, just yes no responses. After I did the paperwork, the woman told me there was a 25 minute wait. We left. read more

This pharmacy is the worst! They are all incompetent. Every time I'm supposed to pick up a Rx it's never ready. Then they tell you to come the next day even though it was supposed to be ready hours ago. Everyone always looks confused. Horrible customer service. It's medication and my time, I expect it to be ready when I was told it would. The lady in front of me was given the wrong order and they had to chase her down before she left the store to correct it! I can't even begin to express how worrisome that is. I have been debating transferring my Rx's for a while now because this location is so much closer , but today was the last straw and I will be taking my business and my vital medications to Walgreens. The only thing positive about this location is the nice cashier who works at the front of the store... I should tell her to relocate to Walgreens. read more

I use to like cvs on Court Drive, Gastonia, NC. Now they screw up scrips, make you wait forever and ever. Forget the drive thru there is always a very very slow moving line. I called days ahead t to inform pharmacy We will be picking up prescriptions more than 15 scripts per month I get someone that does not have proper training and total screw up. Note we have been going there more than 24 years every month, more than 30 thousand dollars a year spent there. Solve problems, get your people trained about insurance and Medicare supplements that pay for meds. Get them a lot of pharmacy employees to handle the customers. We will go to Walgreen just down the street if there isn't any improvement!!!!!! read more

This is the worst pharmacy ever. I asked the lady at the front to see if a prescription was ready and she told me she did not have time to look!! What kind of pharmacy tells someone they don't have time to look for something on their shelf. It takes less than 60 seconds!! So I told her I would wait and then 20 minutes later she goes to LUNCH. This is possibly the worst so-called pharmacy I have ever used. They have totally made easy Rx process a virtual nightmare. Because of their incompetence my daughter will be without crucial meds for the weekend. No Ned to call District Manager Danny Moore as he will not respond. First thing Monday I will be transferring all Rx's To anywhere but CVS. read more

I like this pharmacy. They are fast and efficient filling prescriptions and they even notify me by text when prescriptions are ready. The staff is always friendly and helpful (especially Fatika - she's awesome)! I will continue using them for my prescription needs. read more

I go in to get my sons medicine and the lady at the window Fatika tells me I can't get it until the next day! I ask her why she tells me there is 70 people's prescription in front of me. I pull around and talk to the woman inside her name was sheree she tells me they are short staffed and just can't do it. She tells me there is 32 people in front of me so how in less than a minute did she get over 35 done so then my medicine for my son should be ready. She gets loud starts to tell me she can give it to me at 8:45 that's the best she can do! How do people who need medicine get it if they can do their jobs! Mind you fartika is smirking then try's to talk to the other girl in their and the other girl wouldn't engage her she looks straight at me and giggles and smile in a very ugly way. I will be calling Danny in he am this is unacceptable. read more

Horrible customer service!! I get to the drive thru window with 15 minutes left to get my prescriptions because the pharmacy was closing and everyone was on the phone all 4 people in the pharmacy (that I could see).. Mind you I was just released from hospital with a new born on my way home I was admitted early because of preclampsia me and baby both are healthy and she was just a week early (sorry any other circumstance and I wouldn't have showed up that late) . the lady working the window was wonderful and immediatly got my scripts no issue .. Then a random older lady walked over to her and made a comment about me showing up 2 minutes before closing (I was there for 10 minutes waiting at the window) her words "I love how people show up 2 minutes before closing to get their meds". Excuse you lady but I showed up 15 minutes before closing and I just drove from Charlotte I have a newborn in the car that was ready for a bottle but I had to get to pharmacy before they closed. Otherwise I would have been home already I also still have high blood pressure that likes to flare up so I kind of had to stop otherwise I would have waited until morning. Do better lady you don't know what people are going through keep your comments to yourself .. Rule number one of customer service .. No matter what the customer is always right !! In this case I really am right and you raised my blood pressure.. I am normally very calm and forgiving and never feel like saying things to people even when they deserve it. But I still want to give you an earful. I hope you realize what you said really hurt my feelings and I will never go back to my favorite pharmacy because of you! I actually really enjoyed this place before and would have given a 5 star rating to any and everyone on there.. Just not her !!! read more
