The bathroom here isn't the cleanest, but bearable. They had a decent selection of drinks and premade food. Pretzels abound here. I placed an order on the screen (an Italian sub) and waited for it to be ready. Despite it being busy, the wait time for my sandwich was just about 15 minutes. Everything was correctly added to my sandwich, which is impressive since I asked for pretty much everything on it. The sandwich was delicious, really hit the spot on a long ride back home. I guess some folks here had trouble with the customer service, but my visit was pretty seamless since I opted to self check out. Not a bad Wawa.

I start to see them closing the gates and black lady with braids say, we are closing and will be back opened at 2. I thought she was talking about the person behind me. She was talking to both of us. I said I've been waiting for 10 minutes and she sarcastically said, well, we need breaks. I leave and come back at 2:20. I pick up my medication from an older male employee. After, I asked for her name, he had to think briefly and said Ethel. He said she's only here because the original pharmacist was on vacation. I said thank you and left. This isn't the first time I had horrible service from them but it will be the last. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I do NOT recommend this place.

At least that's what the tags hanging with all the Pepsi products stated. The clerked argued with me after charging me close to $4. Yet refused to go see the evidence. I know it's less than a dollar difference but the point is a customer should get what is advertised. This is also the same promotion run in every other store I have visited in a 30 mile radius. With customer service like this, I will turn around and cross the highway next time, and shop another store, to prevent giving this poor excuse for a store a single penny of my money.

Very awful experience in there about a half hour ago. The line was long and an elderly lady cut us…read morein line (which we didn't realize at the time, we thought she was with the woman before her) and then some noisy person that knew the workers forgot something and was behind us and so some employee that was working with headphones on opened a second line and he also cut us off. The elderly lady then started to write a check and so we called him out on also cutting in line just because he was "closer" when the employee opened the new line and the new second cashier closed their register before checking us out. We were then called the rude ones and told "if you don't like it you can just leave" and that's exactly what we did. To summarize, the lines were long, a "known" customer got special treatment because they knew him and we were treated horribly and called rude. None of these employees should be working a register with this attitude. You have lost our business for these actions of your employees who were in fact the rude ones.

Half of the isles were empty and there was a distinct foul odor and dirt all over the floor!read more
