My wife and I ordered the Old World Italian hoagie along with a hot roast beef and gravy grinder that was running as a special. Everything looked fantastic, and we ended up leaving with several packs of house made sausages that were too interesting to pass up, including a chicken crab cake sausage and a brisket cheddar. After a short wait, our subs were ready and they were both absolute units. Since they have a few two tops for the lunch crowd, we did not even make it to the car before digging in. The Old World Italian was exactly what I hoped for. Piled high with Italian meats and cheeses, sharp provolone, roasted red peppers, and prosciutto, all served on a sturdy yet soft seeded roll. The meats were perfectly layered so every bite was balanced and flavorful. No dead spots, no overwhelming salt bombs, just a beautifully constructed hoagie.
