Ok the actual store itself is nice and the staff are always really nice. HOWEVER the pharmacy needs more help.. if you don't have over an hour to sit and wait for meds.. just don't come here. Go to Drive In pharmacy down the road or even Walmart is better. read more

They don't even deserve when star but I gotta put them somewhere to mark the spot. I went through the drive-through I have insurance request to pick up my order and the pharmacist said I cannot pick up my order because my insurance has not paid him yet! very disrespectful very degrading worst service I've ever received from any place in my life!!! I would'nt even put them on my Internet. I don't know what kind of pharmacies this is but I think he's a joke and came out of that cracker Jack Box! If your heart is set on good service.... I went to Ready Remedy this morning. They sent my prescriptions to Walgreens in Grove. We went there about 40 minutes after I left the doctor's office. They told me it would be an hour because they were short on help and the pharmacist was giving shots. We went back in 1 hour and they tell me to come back in 2 hours, then I get a text after 2 hours telling me they don't have one of the medications in stock. I wouldn't of went to Ready Remedy if I wasn't sick. So I need my medications. I contacted Miami Walgreens and they will be filling the medication that Grove did not have. Now I have to drive to Grove to pick up medicine and then to Miami. I will never use Grove Walgreens again. I use Miami for all my Maintenance medications and never had a problem with them. When at the check out at Grove, I overheard another lady saying they are so understaffed here and are always out of it. read more

This pharmacy needs to hire additional staff. It seems that every time that I visit, the inside lie is at least 6-7 deep with the drive through 3-4 cars deep. Never more than one pharmacist on duty and typically just one tech. Even hiring a cashier to fetch filled prescriptions and check people out would speed the process up exponentially. read more

Here we go again, 15 minutes in the drive through and only one car has been helped. This Walgreen's Pharmacy is a joke. Train your people.

Not happy with pharmacy. Could be a lot more courteous when answering the phone. Not helpful and slightly rude. If looking for a new pharmacy you might want to check around. read more
