Sad customer service My goodness my mother and I were trying to get 2 photos copied and there were 3 employees at the front counter not one spoke to us they made eye contact but continued to laugh and talk amongst themselves so mother and I said forget the picture let's get a couple of waters while we walked down the aisle one employee was on either side of the aisle and they began calling out to each other. Staff is always quick to greet you upon entry, the store is always clean and the selection of toys/gifts are always on point. I always drop by here when I need a last minute kid bday present or when I need a quick beauty item. Pharmacy side of things are A+ too. The drive through is always fast and friendly and the pharmacists are genuine...hard to find with a drive through pharm! but is the reason why I've been loyal to this location for the last 2 years! :) read more

Typical Walgreens with the usual items. They have a convenient location with a large parking lot that you can enter and exit on 14th street or Walton Blvd. The pharmacy has a drive thru here, but I have not used it. Most items are generally more expensive than going to Walmart, but this is an easy stop to grab something quickly. I recommend signing up for the perks card to receive coupons. read more

Run in here when I need something and need to be in and out. Staff is friendly and store is well stocked. Had to develop some pictures and system said ready in 45 minutes. I asked Daniel who working if I might get them faster and he said to give him a few. He had my pictures done in less than 10 minutes and even found me to let me know they were ready. read more

Pharmacy is sad. Tried to get prescriptions and Pharmacist Technician didn't seem to know or able to read or locate items. Had over 40 minutes to get prescriptions in order with no response. Had to go back to Urgent Care to get them transferred. There and other people said their reputation was sad. No apologies but no future business there or recommended to others. I was nervous because there was only a few reviews and they were critical. I was so impressed!!! They were very short staffed that day, the kind technician (I have to come back and add his name because I told him I would and wanted to help get their ratings up!!!! But he knew I needed to get my Rx before leaving town- he told me they'd try but probably a few hours or more, then received an alert it was ready like 15 minutes after. Literally the rudest, most ignorant people I've ever dealt with. I guess it's normal practice around here to get half way through filling a prescription and just up and leave to go to lunch and refuse payment. We will not be using them anymore as this is not the first time we've had to deal with their incompetence. We all know Walgreens prices are as high as can be, so I stop here occasionally to pick up one or two items because of the convenience factor. But when there's one check out person and a line, the convenience factor is gone, and then you're simply overpaying. Secondly, it's incredibly frustrating that when you check out you can't see what price each item rings up at, so you don't know if the price you're paying matched the shelf tag or not. So Skittles I grabbed because they were marked at $0.88 turned out to be $1.50 because I don't have the card. If could have seen it ring up this way I'd told them to take it off, but had to wait until the transaction was complete and got the receipt. I should have asked for a refund, but with only one checkout person I didn't want to be that guy taking extra time. I really dislike Walgreens!!!! Really, really don't like them! read more

The pharmacy is extremely slow and technicians could not care less. There's a reason this location has such a low rating.

Worst pharmacy in NWA. Slow. Lose prescriptions ALL the time. When there's a problem connecting to insurance they won't just fill it and let you pay full price out of pocket. Drive through might actually be slower than inside somehow. There's a new young girl with glasses and I swear every time she's assisting someone she needs help. Brand new Walgreens. It is a lot more spacious than I'm used to and offers a bigger assortment of items, specifically in grocery. The store is clean, well lite and the service was great. Prices seem fine. I'm curious to see how this store does as there never really seems to be anyone shopping there. One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a pharmacy. The staff is horribly rude and very incompetent. They argue with you over every little detail and refuse to listen to you about your insurance. They also make large mistakes when filling prescriptions. Caleb the pharmacy manager might actually be the worst person I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Please NEVER use this place. Horrible service at this store. I stopped by last evening to pick up a few things, and utilize a $6 Cash Reward Certificate. Upon check out, the 'system' would not accept my coupon for $6. The clerk acknowledged that it had NOT EXPIRED, and my purchase was over the qualification level. She called a manager, and asked me to wait for that person to show up to assist as she went on the check out others. All was fine, until i waited 10 minutes....and the cashier returned to say that they cannot accept my certificate at this time. The 'manager' was too busy in back to assist right now, so they 'can't accept it'. REALLY? You issued this certificate. YOU used it to entice me back. YOU created this, and i followed YOUR RULES! Shame on you, and your DISGUSTING level of service. You should, at the VERY LEAST.....live up to your own promises and commitments. I did nothing wrong. YOU DID. You failed. I like the store and usually they are friendly, but the pharmacy is the worst. First off they close for lunch. Your telling me that you can't schedule the multiple people working there better than that? Before I hear all the excuses most businesses Walmart, Target, etc can figure it out so can you. Second and the real reason for the two stars. The reason I don't go through Express Scripts is I can refill a prescription the night before and pick it up the next day. I no longer can do that here. Consistently, Walgreens has been a good place to buy products at. I do not frequent it often, but whenever I do it is a good experience. Customer service at this location is good. Very friendly employees! Normally, I come in for health or beauty/hygiene related items only. I've always been able to find what I need. Prices are competitive from the items I've compared to other stores. This location is conveniently located on the corner of Walton and 14th St. There is a decent size parking lot, and easy access from the street to enter. read more

I'm prefacing this with the statement that until I had to use them to a prescription. (Yes, I'm aware they are a Pharmacy), I've LOVED the service, convenience, and courteousness of the store. I've even gotten immunizations for nursing school and was thrilled with the efficiency and Pharmacist. However, my first actual time trying to get a prescription has been a nightmare. Over two weeks later I am just getting it, after I've had to call my doctor and Walgreens myself multiple times due to needing a different dose for a discount program to be applied. Also signed up for text alerts and got confirmation text that I was enrolled, but never received texts saying med was ready. Again, had to call myself multiple times.
