This is by far the best Walgreens I have ever been to! I'm astonished by the other mediocre review. It's big and beautiful! It has a huge selection of pretty much everything a drugstore/ convenient store would offer. We were impressed. Beautiful cosmetic section and a great food selection. Fast checkout too. They even have an OPI Essy nail salon. Impressive, I hope this is a layout the launch in other Walgreens. read more

The walgreens in San Patricio Plaza and i go way back. My sister and i used to come here various times a week to buy candy, rent from Redbox, get French vanilla Coffee, buy highlighters and other study gear, browse makeup, magazines, etc. It got remodeled and it looks big, clean and organzied. It also now has a huge makeup/perfume area, like a small nail salon inside, a frozen yogurt dessert and coffee area, and an alcohol section. So whether you come here to kill time, hangout, or shop for your everyday needs.... this is my go to Walgreens !! read more
