I am not at Walgreens regular anymore thanks to this location. I dropped them to a 1 star last year but thought I'd boast them to a 2 after shopping there because Ieeded some lancets for Miss Princess. It is noticeable that they have added some additional people and the place is spiffed up a bit. It's great to see some effort and I was encouraged but of course on my out I was reminded that they still have only one lane open since closing the other during covid. The restricted drive thru availability obviously translates into longer lines inside and out. That just doesn't make a lot of sense if you really care about your customers. Here's your two star and hope you get back to a better place someday. The end! read more

I went to check out and I thought the person was looking at me, but they seemed to be looking through me? Like I wasn't standing in front of them looking them in the eye? Large parking lot. Just relocated to Gulf Shores. This is an awful Walgreens. Dirty inside and out. Pharmacy workers are rude and generally just don't give a dang! Low stock most of the time. On top of that, the drive through has been closed for over a month at least - so you have to wait in a line that stretches down aisle 27 and it takes foreeeeeever! I'll do my best to find a local pharmacy ASAP. Would only stop here for emergencies. read more

I decided to give this pharmacy another try and I encountered the same male pharmacist, he is a horrible human being, always in bad mood and talking down to people in a very condescending manner. I came this time to pick up my mom's medications and he dared to tell me that I had to choose between 2 medications that her doctor prescribed her. I said I want to pick up what her doctor prescribed her and he still refused. I called the doctor and he had to transfer the prescription to the Walgreens in Foley, where I didn't have any trouble getting the medication. No returning to this location ever. read more

In the middle of having my rx filled, meds on the counter about to hand them my debit card the computer shuts down and the person says oh so sorry the computer just shut down and locked for our lunch break so you're going to have to come back later... never again. The pharmacy is unorganized and has little regard for it's customers. I waited for 45 minutes to what amounted a 5 min transaction on my part. To make things even more disorganized in that department, Walgreens is offering Covid testing in the outdoor pharmacy line. They have no regard the impact to their customers by not hiring sufficient help for their pharmacy. They do not provide the essential services well that you'd expect from a pharmacy. read more

Do not waste your time and effort. I had a prescription called in and was told it would be the next day. Called to check the next morning and it was supposed to be ready at 12:45. I got there and asked about it. They said we are working on it should be 15-20 minutes. We had a discussion about the medication and me paying out of pocket. I waited an hour at the pharmacy and went back up to check again. This time was told they did not hav it in stock and the same girl I spoke to previously acted like she didn't even remember talking to me.I gave up and left. read more

The pharmacy's lack of customer service is completely unacceptable. I called ahead to have a prescription filled and they said it would be two hours but I was welcome to come wait so it would be quicker. Upon arrival, they said it would be 10-15 min. An HOUR later, only 2/3 medications were ready. Similar to another reviewer, they didn't have it in stock but didn't have the decency to tell me before I waited! Over two hours, with one hour of it being within 10 feet of several employees! Wait time in store, unacceptable. Misinformation, unacceptable. Amount of wasted time, unacceptable. I would never treat my patients as disrespectfully as the employees at this Pharmacy location. read more

This is probably one of the Top 3 worst pharmacies I've ever experienced. I live right down the road so I overlooked the subpar customer service in lieu of convenience, but my last trip was the straw that broke the camel's back. The pharmacy tech ignored me and when I finally got annoyed enough to speak up, he was extremely rude. This happens almost every single time I go to this pharmacy. They're slow, extremely condescending and act like customers are an inconvenience. I read all the negative reviews and was pleasantly surprised whhad to go to this Walgreen today. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The pharmacist even took time to help my husband register on his phone for a Covid test. We've only been to this Walgreen two times on her visits to Fort Morgan and both times had an excellent experience. read more

Pharmacy assistant was rude. Would not put us on a wait list for our immunizations because we are not locals! We're here for 5 months spending a ton of money in this community. Walgreens will definitely not get any more of our business. Without the snowbirds most likely half the business would need to close for the winter as they do at where we live in the summer. Called about my prescription status that I turned in 3 days prior and the lady told me "she's too busy and has too much going on to worry about every little thing" and that I should come get my script and take it to another pharmacy. Like, thank god it wasn't heart medicine? I asked for a timeline and she said days to weeks? Like what? Absolutely, incompetent! I can not think of a reason I would recommend anyone go to this location. The pharmacist, is useless! We had a 9:00 pm appointment they close at 10:00 pm and she called us at 8:15 pm telling us she closed the pharmacy at 8:00 pm due to staffing. If that's not bad enough we did not get the call and showed up! They were there just overwhelmed and overworked with 2 pharmacist locked away filling prescriptions. One patient came in from out of state and worried about a drug interaction their child may have and the pharmacist refused to answer and told them to ask their doctor! I have never came across another person in the medical field that cared so little for other humans wellbeing. Another man's elderly mother was out of medication and they were told through the window to come back tomorrow! read more

I received a text saying my medications were ready at 11 a.m. I came in at 5:30 pm, waited in line for twenty five minutes then was told they were working on three more, to get out of line and stand in a corner and wait. I waited another twenty minutes and no medication. I asked the tech who was overweight, rude, and noncommunuicative how long I was going to have to wait. No response. I stood in the consult aisle and waited. No one would respond to me. I had to lean over three customers to get my cards back. The pharmacist looked at me and ignored me. There were five people working and only one was helping people in the store and she was completely inept. Bad customer service, bad communication, need better training. read more

In this Walgreens there is a fedex contractor back in the corner so I went in to make some copies and they have a giant copy machine setting on the floor there but they said they don't make copies and it's a Saturday and told me to drive to foley or why don't I just drive the folie and and get everything I could possibly get through Walgreens or target or anybody else this Walgreens has got the worst management the worse service no customer service at all. what fedex store doesn't make copies ? I had problems ordering some pictures through the Walgreens webpage and I had some I wanted to send to them to have printed. I called the store and a gentleman answered and was very helpful. When I went to pick up the pictures some of them were blurry. The lady that was helping me was so extremely accommodating and my pictures were fixed immediately. The gentleman I had spoken to in the phone came over to talk about the issue I had and I was able to thank him. A really nice guy. He had long grating hair I don't remember his name. Just think these two employees should receive acknowledgement from the company for going above and beyond their duties to help a customer. read more

Ok I have had to review every experience will these wall biters. I went to pick up my wifes med which was supposed to be one turned out to be four. I didn't kno if she needed all of them so i asked what they were so I could ask her. They told me it was against hippa, yet I can give them money and they'll sell the medication to me with out questions controlled substances and all. Let's review this, they won't tell me what's on the screen unless I give them money so I guess you can go forego hippa laws for a price. And for that matter any joker that knows her or I take and kind of controlled substances they can walk off the street the right time of month and use my insurance to score them some drugs. This place has no accountability. 3 people had to scream at them before I even got to window. Didn't kno the proper names of the meds what school ripped them off? The Pharmacy Department has a rude Pharmacy Assistant who was taking care of customers at the drive in who was so short winded with my husbands questions and needs that she should not be working with the public. She also is rude on the phone as well when we call in prescriptions. She needs an attitude adjustment. read more

I have used this Walgreens pharmacy a few times and each time thought they were just having a bad day but after today I'm convinced that they have the rudest employees, not willing to help and very short with answers, I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone. I will take my business to another pharmacy that will appreciate the customers ! read more
