In my case, the pharm tech ran a card they had on file for me without my consent, as I was pulling up a good rx discount code. When I asked to speak to the pharmacy manager, the only person on site was a temp pharmacist who told me to call the manager who would arrive on Monday (4 days later). When I called, I was told there was nothing they could do about the $50 I was overcharged as it was too late and should've been handled the day of the incident. This couldn't happen due to no management being available. When I asked if their would be repercussions on the tech for running my card without my consent so she could get to lunch faster, I was told "at this point it's kind of a he said she said because I wasn't there to witness it. So we will reiterate that, obviously, you should never run someone's card without them saying yes, that's about all we can do" Just a grossly incompetent and dismissive group behind the counter at 400 Tulip Grove

The wait at the pharmacy drive-thru was minimal, and the pleasant pharmacy employee walked me through the whole procedure with grace and good humor. Within two hours the results were emailed to me. There was no charge for anything during the process. I'm not sure there has ever been an experience more deserving of a five star review.

My latest visit was after a PT appointment in search of some tape and braces for my elbow. I found what I was after tape wise, and while they had a brace, it was a bit pricier than I was willing to spend. The store, interior and exterior, could use some TLC conditionally. Inside was clean, but the parking lot needs some attention. Service is okay. I wouldn't classify it as friendly, but neither rude. Somewhere along the lines of "meh". Overall, this location is a choice out of convenience. When needed, I don't mind swinging by.

Walking through the Assembly Food Hall we cut off some of the uphill climb up John Lewis Way that is bothering Dad's knees. Now walking up John Lewis Way we are passing by the historic Woolworth Theater and what looks like a Theater District. At the crest of the hill, we step inside the only downtown Nashville Walgreens. At least the only one I am familiar with near Broadway. This store is "blah" in comparison to the Walgreens that I am familiar with in major cities such as Las Vegas, Chicago, San Francisco,and Denver. Their Nashville caps are overpriced and fail to strike me. They fail to carry the bullet beer (24 ounce cans) that I want to pick up for the hotel room. My second visit was at around 10:40 pm on my birthday. I wanted to grab a bite to eat. Nothing major. I wanted a snack of some sort. The local Taco Bell was closed. I came to this Walgreens, and it was closed, too. The reason why I was disappointed was that this drugstore is supposed to be open 24 hours a day, according to the sign outside. The guy working there told me they had not received it, but then told me it wouldn't be ready til 5pm? So they did receive the request for prescription they just didn't have it ready. I came back at 530pm, still not ready. The girl working there told me they are still working on it and will have it ready in 30 minutes. I waiting in my truck for 35 more minutes before coming back to the pharmacy. STILL NOT READY! They said it'll be just a few more minutes. Finally at 620pm, after lots of wasted time, I got my prescriptions. I would not recommend getting any prescriptions filled here ever!
