When someone is helpful it's a pleasant surprise. They have a monopoly here and get away with abusing and cheating customers with their high prices. The one good thing about this Rite-Aid is that it has a very convenient drive-through. That said, I don't use that because this is not where I fill my prescriptions. The exterior is designed to make the place look like a 2-story building. I have no idea why, and that seems a waste. Also a waste is the amount of floor space inside which can give the place a very open yet empty feeling. Another excessive item is the number of rarely-used checkouts; all but 1 will typically have a "Use next register" sign at it. Then there's the prices. Yeah, they're excessive.
