I showed them a picture of a very obtainable haircut but they just ignore and start doing their own thing, never in the middle of the cut have they asked to see the picture again or what they're planning to do to confirm with me. They just cut your hair watch whatever is on the Tv and mingle with the other barbers or people in the vicinity, paying no attention to your hair. If you have hair that you really care about and you've been growing it out for a certain cut they will mess it up. They're good at fades and more older style cuts but for young people with curls, textured hair, mullets and all these other "newer" haircuts there are other shops who can better service you.

It was a flawless experience from booking the appt to meeting with Robb. He was so good with our son. Started by giving him a fireman's cape, then had us sit him in this cool fire truck. Before the appt, we received a text with very helpful info so we felt prepared. Robb was extremely patient and a true a professional. The haircut is so much better than we even expected. At the end, he gave us a lock of our sons hair in a bag as well as a certificate for his 1st haircut. I can tell you after this experience we have no reason to ever look elsewhere when it's time for a son's next haircut.

He at one point told me he calls it a blowout but since I'm Hispanic it's called an Edgar. He said I didn't even come in with enough hair for the cut I wanted after cutting off 4-5 inches (before and after pics included) He also told me I wasn't specific enough when I asked him why he cut the whole back of my head short. You're the barber. Ask or tell me you don't know how to do the cut. Didn't even cut it evenly on both side clearly, plus the hairline in the front is trash too.
