The only reason it's even getting to stars is because 1 of the 3 girls in the blue scrubs was actually nice about the situation another one totally messed up (I wish I knew names, but the girl with the locks was so very nice). When picking up my wife's medication for her pregnancy last week, I noticed it was far less than she usually receives (in a ziplock bag when it normally come in 3 boxes). I went back inside after confirming my suspicions with my wife and a pharmacy tech told me that it was all they had, and the rest would be available the following Monday. Fast forward to today, when trying to fill the rest of her prescription, my wife said she was being charged over $100 for an "early refill". We have never paid over $10 for this particular medication, so obviously we were confused. When she called into the pharmacy, the man on the phone said that their system read she received the full prescription and that withstood would have to check the cameras to see if there was any discrepancies in what we were given. I didn't think that was acceptable, so I drove down to the pharmacy to plead my case in person. I saw the girl who gave me the partial prescription and she couldn't even bring herself to look at me. Another girl came and told me the same thing that was said on the phone, even after I showed her the picture of what we received. She then tried to say we owed $43 for the rest of our medicine when that was not the case. She then got the lady with the locks and she was nice, sympathetic, and really wanted to help me, but her hands were tied as the pharmacy manager wasn't there. All in all, this was a terrible experience for me and my wife and after I go back tomorrow to talk with the manager and get this fixed, we will switching pharmacies. read more

Absolutely awful location, they WILL NEVER receive my business again. Shorter male with a headband and long, black hair gave me lots of attitude whilst I was expressing my VERY BASIC concerns. He scoffed, and borderline insulted me. The pharmacist (female, short blonde hair) roller her eyes when i asked for a paper signed and asked why I needed it. Each time I go to this Walgreens it's a long, drawn out experience. I've utilized the propane exchange, money transfer, fed ex services, along with typical Walgreens shopping. Every interaction with an employee is met with apathetic energy. Last evening I stood at the Fed Ex counter for 8 mins as the "photo counter assistance" announcement played. The employee that finally arrived to help never greeted us or made eye contact. It was a young man with long blonde hair. He seemed to not be wearing his name badge. Once the FedEx package was checked in, it was time to check out a few items. No-one was at the register. 4 employees (the young man and Nia-see below-included) were all in the back corner of the store hanging out avoiding the customers. The line grew to 5 customers deep while the register was vacant. Finally after 6 minutes, Nia came to help the long line of customers. Nia did not greet us, had ear buds in, and checked her phone during the transaction. This Walgreens is not customer friendly. Customers are a hinderance to the employees doing whatever they want. I would recommend driving anywhere else for whatever you may need. Avoid this Walgreens at all costs. read more

I stopped in after work to get my Grand daughter a birthday card and picked up a bottle of wine while there. I am 67 years old. I do not look 40 or younger. They would not sell to me without an ID. There are some privileges that come with age annd one is being able to buy a bottle of wine and not being carded. I did not leave with the card or the wine. Bye bye Walgreens. read more

Gross Gross Dirty dirty people my husband and I went there to pay for our prescription. I have to say the prescription department is usually pretty good for us, but to go to that checkout counter at night!!!! The people are not being monitored. The girl who checked us out, was sniffling. I looked at my husband. I looked at her. I asked her if she was sick. She said no, she had allergies but she definitely looks sick. I did not want her to touch my things but she had my prescription in her hand. We took it. This was the night before New Year's Eve by New Year's Eve. My husband was sick and after that taking care of him I got sick. I had to go back in same girl was there still sniffling another girl behind the counter I saw her literally sniffle and wipe her nose on her shirt. This is so gross and I don't see a bottle of hand sanitizer within reach anywhere They weren't even thinking about cleanliness. Use some hand sanitizer for Pete sake, and a tissue to wipe your nose, and then some hand sanitizer. No passing those germs on and on you would think in today's age, especially at a place where people go in for health products to help them stay well or get better they would have some kind of protocol and training to teach people how to not pass germs. For Pete's sake if you have a cold or allergies the least you could do is wear a mask and keep your hands clean. I'm sick and suffering now we didn't go anywhere except that Walgreens. There are two young men managers there that are on the ball and working hard all the time but their young peers who look like they really don't want to be instructed on basic hygiene and health safety. Called to see if my photos were ready and first of all, it took them 15 minutes to even connect me to the photo department, and second of all, the guy on the phone was very rude and impatient. He seemed to be angry about something. I'm looking forward to getting my photos and never coming back to this location, however I'm sure I'm going to have to come back because I have a great feeling the photos I'm waiting on are not going to look as good as they should. read more

If I could give a lower one I would. This place has the most unhealthy men's restroom I have ever seen with green slim crap growing in the faucet to "clean" your hands! Black growth in the urinal bottom that all this together made me want to take a chemical clean shower. Want to know why we are all getting sick and unhealthy it is due to places like this where big corporations limit what a store can spend to get there broke things fixed. It also could be a lack of store management not caring what the store restrooms look like. Instead they focus on money..money..money!!! This is sad. Make sure guys not to use the restroom in this store and if you have to bring hand sanitizer with you. read more

We've been using this pharmacy for 10+ years. The last year it's gone down in service. Now with covid it's even worse. 20-30 min waiting in the carline to pick up prescription is beyond ridiculous. Just particularly bad and annoying customer service. Arrived late for a one-hour photo pickup and they still hadn't started. And, the next day we're still working on it. So the third day I waited at the counter for 8 minutes while the guy pretended to not notice me for some reason? He had glanced at me standing there and then proceeded to fumble around with something behind the counter awkwardly while I stared at him...I dunno. I have worked in customer service long enough to know that you prioritize customers when they need help. So, one star from me. read more

I came in here to get my 20 month old grandson's Tamiflu prescription filled the doctors office had sent it electronically. He was clearly ill so I picked up some juice, Gatorade, Children's Tylenol and Motrin then went back to the pharmacy to pick up his prescription at 5:50pm. The pharmacy tech looked at me like I was crazy and said it wouldn't be ready until 6:30pm. Okay, irritating with an obviously ill toddler but okay. So I go through the drive through at 6:30 and the woman at the window asked me to verify his address, I did. Then she said "so he no longer lives on Old Orchard?" I told her he's never lived on Old Orchard and she asked me if I wanted too update the address, I told her she needed to verify the prescription because he's a year and a half old and has lived in the same place his whole life. She assured me it was him and asked me again to update the address so okay. I then told her I'm pretty sure his pediatrician is on Old Orchard but whatever. Then the pharmacist came over and gave some curt instructions and they sent out the med. As a health care professional I was embarrassed for them, to be so apathetic toward a toddler with the flu made me wonder how they would treat others. I worked for years in the emergency department and no matter how busy or tired I was I actually cared about sick kids. Come on pharmacy folks, you are better than that! And yes, it was the pediatricians address on the prescription, you would think the "suite 102" might have been a clue. read more

Particularly a blond tall male and a blonde girl who in three different locations have treated me like I owe them a favor. They are very rude, inpatient and should be fired! Went there the day after Thanksgiving looking for holiday (i.e. Christmas) ribbon for wrapping. Didn't have any. A clerk showed me some ribbon in the cards aisle - hmm, not really looking for pastel pink ribbon for my gifts. I guess the Corporate Walgreens makes the choice on stocking places, but this place really seems to haves been left out. Super Target, only 1.5 miles away, had just the ribbon i needed. Wish I'd gone there first!! read more

The pharmacy staff are fantastic. Justin and Tammy go the extra mile to help you. They even found a medication for us at a non Walgreens store when they could not get it in a reasonable amount of time. That is great customer service!! read more

This is the worst run store/pharmacy. Every time I've used them to fill a RX there is an issue. My Dr. let me know there was a coupon attached to my RX package & to make sure the Pharmacist (Allison) runs it correctly. Only after I insisted there was a coupon did she 'find' it & run it. Today, I waited 20 mins. to drop my RX off & 20 mins to pick it up (3 hours later). I was told (Tammie) my RX would cost $285...meaning they did not run my insurance which was not new & I made sure they had before leaving. I was in the drive thru & told I needed to circle the building and get back in line so they could verify insurance. I let the staff know I had already waited 20 mins but they did not care. I refused to move my car & the store manager, Troy Stock was called. Mr. Stock told me I had to move as well. At this point I asked for my RX back and left. Afterwards, I went to Kroger & had my RX in 10 mins. Don't waste your time on this store & it's rude/slow employees! read more
