The employees need to be more knowledgeable with the products. Sample displays are not in the right places.

Love my local Ulta!! Super friendly and helpful-staff…read more They carry a great assortment of high end as well and affordable beauty brands which is great. Having worked for the high end brands in my career you understand the value of good quality brand like E.L.F. for matte blush spending $8 vs. $45 plus, it's a no brainer to spend less on certain beauty items and then more on face creams that you love. I had a great interaction with a sweet girl on Thursday 4/29/26 at 10:50am, did not catch her name but we engaged in a conversation about the blush I bought and how we liked the brand. Ulta you have a great employee here. Anyways I will be back!

I visited this Ulta today and was extremely disappointed by one employee's customer service…read more My sister had gifted me a few items that she purchased during the employee sale, and I came in hoping to do an even exchange. Karen was amazing and genuinely tried to help, but unfortunately the system would not allow the exchange because of how the items were originally purchased. I completely understood that, and I know rules are rules. I was perfectly fine with that outcome. The reason this experience became so disappointing was because one of the lead cashiers, who I believe was named Molly (I apologize if I have the wrong name), was incredibly rude and spoke to me in a condescending manner. The moment it was explained that the items couldn't be exchanged because they were purchased with an employee discount, I was ready to take my items and leave. I understood the policy and wasn't arguing or asking for an exception. Instead, Molly continued explaining the policy over and over in a way that made me feel like I wasn't understanding what had already been explained. I wasn't being difficult--I simply accepted the answer. There was no reason to continue talking down to me or make me feel embarrassed. A few minutes later, I decided to go back into the store because I still wanted the products. Since the exchange wasn't possible, I was just going to purchase the items myself. At that point, Molly explained that I couldn't purchase the items using my sister's employee discount because she wasn't there. That was confusing and honestly frustrating because I had never asked to use my sister's employee discount. I completely understood that the discount was only valid for the employee. I was simply trying to purchase the items at the regular price. That interaction made me feel like she assumed I didn't understand something that had already been explained. I respected the store's policy from the beginning, accepted that the exchange wasn't possible, and was simply trying to purchase the products like any other customer. Instead, I left feeling embarrassed and disrespected. I do want to recognize Karen because she was kind, patient, and genuinely tried to help me. She handled the situation professionally and with empathy. Unfortunately, Molly's attitude completely overshadowed what could have been a positive experience. I understand that every store has policies, and I never expected anyone to break them for me. My issue has never been with the policy--it was with the way I was treated. Customers deserve to be spoken to with respect, even when the answer is no.

Me and my daughter bought makeup bags, shoe bags, compact mirrors for our handbags, makeup brushes and lip gloss. The store is cramped design wise as they are making use of every bit of floor space.

Basically a Claire's for an older demographic like teenager and up. And almost all of it is $1.00 . At least almost all the makeup and products I looked at. If its not a dollar; it isn't too far from it. That crazy amazing price point alone puts this one on the map; I mean $1?! Thats almost unheard of these days . Sure there's some stuff I wasn't all that impressed with or would buy or repurchase but thats to be expected; however most of it is pretty damn good, and not just for the price but just in general. I'm a lip balm/lip gloss junkie and if you are as well, this is a great place to start! My biggest complaint was the AOA rescue balm in the mint flavor has no mint tingle, no mint scent, nothing. That was disappointing. But the honey lip oil, the starry magic lip plumper, bombshell lipstick were all good. I cant wait to try more!!

From my very first…read moreappointment all the way through surgery and recovery, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. To give some context I've only ever had C sections before this, so going into a completely elective surgery was honestly terrifying for me. But every single time I walked into their office, I immediately felt at ease. Dr. Vennemeyer is incredibly professional, supportive, and reassuring, and his staff are some of the warmest, most comforting people I've ever met. Even though I live out of state and had to travel for my procedure, the entire process was seamless. Their team was so accommodating with my schedule, and they truly went above and beyond leading up to surgery. They made sure I completed all of my pre-op testing on time and even reached out to other doctors on my behalf to ensure my results came in before my procedure. That level of care meant everything to me. Dr. Vennemeyer also provided extensive pre-op education over a hundred pages of information plus videos which answered every question I had (and even ones I didn't think to ask). It made me feel so prepared and confident going into surgery. The day of surgery was honestly such a calm and positive experience. I told my husband it felt more like I was walking into a spa than a surgical center. The entire team was so kind, gentle, and attentive. I thought I would be terrified walking into the operating room, but instead, I felt completely taken care of. I remember them making sure I was comfortable and cozy in the bed... and then I woke up. I'm only a few days post-op, but I already feel amazing thanks to Dr. Vennemeyer's multi-modal pain management approach. My recovery has been so much smoother than I expected. If you're considering a procedure and feeling nervous like I was, I truly cannot recommend Dr. Vennemeyer and his team enough. They made what felt like a scary experience into something calm, smooth, and incredibly positive.

I underwent a full mommy makeover in November with this office and I truly wish I had looked deeper…read moreinto post-operative complication management before choosing this surgeon. While the office is now attempting to frame my outcome as a normal healing process and unavoidable complication, my actual experience over the last several months tells a very different story. Following surgery, I experienced significant wound healing complications that required a wound vac, debridement surgery costing me over $1,000 out of pocket, antibiotics, Santyl, mupirocin, ongoing wound dressings/supplies, drainage issues, and prolonged healing complications beginning as early as December. At the same time, I repeatedly communicated concerns regarding increasing hardness, high-riding implants, asymmetry, discomfort, abnormal appearance, and progressive tightness. I sent numerous photos and messages over the course of months expressing that things did not feel or look right. Most of these concerns were repeatedly attributed to "drop and fluff," swelling, settling, massage, or needing more time to heal. Now that revision surgery is being recommended by other surgeons, it is extremely frustrating to look back at months of documented concerns that were continually minimized as normal healing. It is also frustrating to now receive lengthy explanations defending the management of my care rather than acknowledgment that perhaps more aggressive evaluation or intervention should have occurred earlier. The office has stated they offered in-person evaluations, but much of my follow-up care was intentionally managed virtually through photos and messaging, which I relied on heavily because I trusted their guidance. At no point was I made to feel the severity of my concerns warranted urgent intervention until things had progressed significantly. What has been most disappointing is not just the complications themselves, because complications can happen with any surgery, but the feeling of repeatedly advocating for myself while being reassured everything was normal despite worsening symptoms and mounting additional expenses. Between the wound vac, debridement, medications, wound care, time off work, emotional stress, and now revision surgery costs, this experience has been physically, emotionally, and financially exhausting. Patients considering a major cosmetic procedure here should strongly consider not only before-and-after photos, but also how postoperative complications and patient concerns are handled when things do not go as planned.

This was one of the worst experiences I've had at a cosmetics store…read more I had just lost my makeup bag during my travels and only had about 10 minutes before boarding my flight to replace a few essential items. I stopped at the MAC store hoping for some quick assistance, but the experience was disappointing from the moment I walked in. The associate immediately told me they had very little inventory because the store was closing soon. Rather than offering help, she seemed annoyed that I was there and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. Feeling rushed, I purchased a few items that unfortunately ended up being the wrong shades. Afterward, I stopped at Chanel, and the difference was night and day. The associate there showed genuine empathy about losing my makeup bag, offered suggestions on how I might be able to locate it, and quickly helped me find replacement products that actually matched my needs. The level of customer service was exceptional. I understand stores have closing procedures, but customers should never feel like they're a burden for walking into a business during operating hours. If helping customers feels like an inconvenience, perhaps it's time to close the doors
