Since I have reviewed this Walgreen's a few times, I'll make this brief. The service seems to have improved moderately. The pharmacy doesn't necessarily seem like they added to staff, but they are acknowledging people in line (inside and in the drive through) more quickly. One thing that slows down the pharmacy, particularly the drive through, is when people ask for other merchandise other than prescriptions. While I'm sure this is a good service for those who use it, if you need a prescription, it lengthens your wait time pretty significantly. I wish Walgreens would reevaluate this service and have people go into the store to buy merchandise. read more

Went to get my prescriptions at the pharmacy today, Sunday, Feb. 1, 2026 at about 2:15 pm and it was closed. I need my prescriptions. How can Walgreens, a store built around a pharmacy, have the pharmacy closed when the store itself is open?!?!? I have had poor experiences in the past here, but this beats all!!! The store itself I would not rate high overall and then to have the pharmacy closed and not be able to pick up your medications?!? The only saving grace I can say about the pharmacy is that there is a veteran pharmacist there named Laura that has helped a lot, but otherwise the rest of the store and the decision to have the pharmacy NOT open 7 days a week are awful. I am pleased with the friendly service and overall cleanliness at this store. It is very neat, organized, and has everything I need. The seasonal aisle is my favorite - a good place to find a a quick gift for someone or even a limited edition yummy treat for myself. I make vacation scrapbooks as a hobby and rely on the photo department quite often. I like the convenience of ordering prints online though the app. The pharmacy has the meds I always need and can usually get them in a timely manner. It's a place where shopping is enjoyable and hope it stays in our neighborhood. read more

I'm lucky since when I came here there were only a few cars parked in the parking lot and I could park my car easily. They have a clean parking lot and I can't see any garbage or dirt in there. When I enter I can feel the cold air coming from the aircon. I went to the cart area and took one cart. I went first to the cereal section. I love eating cereal every morning so I took different kinds of cereal. Then I went to the dairy section and purchased powdered milk, bottle milk and some chocolate. I also purchased candies and gummies. After that I went to the counter and paid it. I'm happy with my purchase. I highly recommend this place. read more

(Pharmacy Review) Did not expect it to take almost 40 minutes to get a Flu Shot (with an Appointment). And then they tried to tell me I had to pay $37... when my Insurance has never not covered Flu Shots. Luckily they ran my card again to correct the error (though my insurance hasn't changed in years). What a mess. The man in front of me in line getting his prescriptions was back for a second day in a row because they gave him an incorrect product. I hope this pharmacy can hire more staff to keep up with everything if they continue struggling like this. Good grief. If you can avoid it, do not get your covid shot here. I got here ten min early and stood in line for 25 min to check in. The woman Kristine was working the counter alone and kept taking anyone that came in for prescription pickups after the people in line for vaccines.. then when she went to leave me to take a new person I said "I didn't realize this would take this long can you check me in? I have to pick up my daughter." she immediately got pissy and said "other people have to get their vaccine. You are not the only one" lol. Not my point. My 9 year old daughter is now walking home from school alone.. which is not the end of the world.. but the other two vaccines I got took 10 min in and out. The lady after me left when she was told she would be waiting 45- one hour. I've still got two people in front of me and it's 245. My appointment was at 210. Now she is telling everyone that walks up that their computer is glitching. She still hasn't "found" my online "paperwork" so I may just live here now. Oh and they just asked again about my insurance. This is such a cluster! Line is out the door. Stayyyy awayyyy! ****UPDATE: I left! Yikes. I just visited this Walgreens to get my COVID vaccine. I got there 15 minutes early, but wasn't seen by someone for 20 minutes. After that, it took the pharm tech about 20 minutes to get me all registered and set up for my vaccine. By then, the line was 5 people long... and I could tell I wasn't the only one getting annoyed. When it came time to receive my shot, the pharmacist swiftly sat me down. After pulling my sleeve down, I looked away for a millisecond and he had already jammed the shot inside of me. Wtf? I get that they do a lot of these vaccines each day, but with the entire pharmacy moving in slow motion, I'm not sure what the rush was. So glad I have dose #2 at a different Walgreens. read more

If I could give this specific pharmacy a 0 stars or negative stars, I would. The staff is completely incompetent and have screwed up my prescriptions on more than one occasion. (Such as giving me the wrong medication, not giving me the correct amount of medication that it says on the label, etc.) I even had a tech who couldn't count out cash to give back to me. If you can't count...you should be nowhere near medication. This is the absolute worse pharmacy I've ever gone to. Get out while you can. read more

Like many other reviewers, I wish I could leave 0 stars for this Walgreens location. The pharmacy used to be exceptionally well run but in the span of 3 years has become a perfect example of incompetence. Honestly, I wouldn't trust the pharmacist "borrowed" from another location to get my McDonald's order correct no less properly dispense medication. Walgreens corporate will certainly hear all about my experience with this person. I spoke this afternoon with Hetal, a very professional & kind person who has helped me in the past & she was able to resolve my issue (thank you very much). Unfortunately, I'll still be without a very important Rx due solely to Walgreens but she did a great job especially when just stepping in. I strongly suggest Walgreens invest time & money developing more employees like her before Costco, Osco, CVS, Amazon, etc. deservedly take all their customers. Many employees openly despise the Boots Alliance Walgreens and this attitude is definitely trickling down to the consumer. read more

It is hard to believe that, in the present time, there are any public restrooms without changing tables. My wife asked the clinic if she could use an empty room to change our baby. Really maddening when you try to speak with a pharmacist over the phone. It is not unusual to be on hold 20-30 minutes.

When I have my prescriptions filled at this location, there are constant issues with out of stock medicines, lost prescriptions or they can only fill a couple of days worth. Walgreens thinks that the customers revolve around them and have no problem asking their customers to come back later or tomorrow. I work for a living and it's not easy for me to go back and forth to pick up my prescriptions. I have called the corporate office and they don't even apologize for the inconvenience. Walgreens corporate asked me if I would like to receive a call from their district manager and I always say yes but never get a callback. They act arrogant and give the impression that we could care less about having your business. ( I would think that Walgreens would learn from other large companies mistakes .ie Sears, Kmart and many others). I will need to transfer all my prescriptions to Walmart or Costco. It may mean a little inconvenience but at least they appreciate a customer. read more

We had an attempt to get an immunization administered there as we were told it can be done as it is covered by our insurance. We realized it was not even possible as all the customers had to be served before the pharmacist would draw the syringe, we were waiting for 40 min and more customers were coming in, so our turn was not coming as we were continuously put at the end of the line. Finally, when my patience was over and I requested just the vial as I am a physician and can inject myself, we were told they never ran it through the insurance and offered us a coupon. Our misery was over when we got the immunization done a 10 min drive away from this pharmacy, no way I would ever go back for anything there. read more

The pharmacy is terrible. Not only have they made mistakes on our prescriptions, the typical wait just to drop off or pick up is 15 minutes. They are in no rush, terribly understaffed. Every time we go there we dread it, it takes forever to get served...and they don't seem to care. Go elsewhere where they actually have enough people to do the job. read more
