This Target is not my "home" Target, but it is close to my office and bi-weekly activities I attend so it is helpful. I did notice at times that the price on Fairlife milk was different than my "home" Target, but that has since changed and the price is the same at both locations. The store is usually quiet when I am there on a Sunday morning and usually clean. Their layout of shampoo/face wash/etc. sometimes throws me off, but if I look carefully, I can usually find what I need. Overall, a helpful location for basic needs! read more

This Target is pretty good as far as everything being well stocked, clean, organized and kept straightened. They always are well staffed in all departments and you can get thru the checkouts fast. We always shop here for the name brand toiletries (deodorants, toothpastes) and cleaning products (Clorox bleach /sprays & Lysol). The Target was as expected. This location was clean and I was very impressed with the onsite Starbucks. The Salted Foam latte (not sure if the name) was on point! I have to wait a month for simple T-shirts, or even better... they sent one out of 7 as some kind of consolation, the second one was supposed to arrive on the 3rd... those disappeared. I had to call every day to get a refund. They say their policy is that you have to wait 7 days and only then call about a refund, and meanwhile the other 3 are still traveling somewhere... We've shopped here multiple times in-person and also with pickup. Friendly employees. Never had a bad experience, except the minor one of getting a leaking yogurt cup in our pickup order. I have shopped at many Target locations throughout the Chicago and Surburban area. I was early for work and decide to come to Target to bypass some time. Very spacious and clean. You can easily find what you need without the clutter. Bright lights and visual signs for you to locate the aisle you're looking for to shop. Love this place for everything you could possibly need. Huge parking lot. Self service kiosks are very handy. The Cartwheel bonus is now called Circle, but it's the same concept. I can scan whatever I pick up in the store and immediately see if there are discounts. The Target Redcard gives you free shipping online and a bit of a discount off every purchase, too. We went on this location of Target because the Target near our home is always crowded and we are having a hard time shopping plus the checkout has a long line and that is why we are surprised to see that this location is not crowded. There were lot of people inside but it was not too crowded than the other one near our place. The store is clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. All of the selections are well organized and fully stocked. We went to their department selection and we saw a lot of wonderful clothes at great deals. We literally take most of our time on that department choosing clothes. I got a lot of clothes that would be really a great gift for my relatives. This past Sunday I had the pleasure to be assisted by the most kindest target employee, Marlene Lopez. She went above and beyond to assist me and took the time to explain the answer to my question. She made sure I understood and then asked if I needed anything else before she walked away unlike other target employees who give a short response without checking and hurry off in the other direction. Yikes...this Target has dramatically declined over the years. You would think after the big renovation last year this place would be immaculate. Sadly, no. Long lines almost always. I go to this Target all the time without any issue. The workers are all pleasant enough, they usually have whatever I'm looking for in stock and Target has great prices! They finished their grocery section remodel a few months ago and it's awesome! Many people don't realize Target has really good prices on dry groceries and now with this new remodel they carry a lot of produce, too. Pro Tip - Park on the side of the building to avoid crazy traffic and crowds, and always find a close spot! It's a great place to shop. I heart Target! :D read more

Target is our "go to" retail store for almost everything. There isn't much need to say about how awesome Target is. This location is clean, normally very well stocked and they keep enough registers open when busy, all very important to our shopping experience. As I was shopping for bathing suits I needed you use the fitting room. The policy of Target is five items. I was willing and able to do that with assistance from the attendant working the fitting room if he was able to bring me the other items I needed to try on when I was ready. The answer was simply "no." So I am expected to get dressed again to come out and bring out five items for 5 more. When I decided it was going to be a pain in the butt, I decided to just pay for EVERYTHING I had and then return the items I didn't want. I was frustrated and it showed. They had SECURITY watch me at the register when I was scanning my items. I was never so embarrassed in my life. I paid over $400 just to be able to try on clothing. The policy stinks. I was in Macy's with high end clothing and was able to try on more bathing suits and was never "watched." I told the manager too but had to vent here because I am sickened over it! Worst Target ever! Went to the store and every time I asked one of the employees a question they were so rude and the answer was always "well we are offloading a truck" then I forgot a bag at self checkout and so I called the store and they would pick up then wait for a few seconds (while I heard them talking about their weekend plans) then hang up. It happened 4 times so I tried to call the electronics department and asked for the store manager. Of course they wouldn't have one. Then he hung up on me. AVOID THIS STORE!!!! I called the store and asked if they had this suitcase available because I was not able to buy it online and they said yes we do but it shows on our website it's $109. They're big liars because on the app it shows around 2 bucks and not just that if you read the policy for matching prices it shows that they would match the price in the store and they didn't so I will make sure I NEVER EVER EVER WALK IN THIS STORE AGAIN. I used to think it'd be a cold day in Hell before I dropped a star on a Target, but alas, that day has come. Things I'm tired of seeing here (regardless of my regular visits): ** The endless red tags on shelves of merch that you'd think would indicate some kind of sale, but only advertise exactly what the regular price of item is on a second dangle-y sign. And it's never just one item (see pics), it's like 45 different items on a shelf and each will have a separate red hanging tag and they all say 'as advertised &__.__'. Why do they need to put a million signs on sh*t to tell you that something is the exact same price as the non-sale price-tag below it? It's to try and trick you into thinking there's a sale and I'm tired of being bamboozled. ** The gossip-y employees. I'm sick of hearing people b*tch about other people not doing their job at work. I don't want to hear that while I'm trying to enjoy one of my favorite activities (wasting time at Target). It's a major downer and mega unprofessional to do out in the open where customers can obviously here you. They need to get these folks a water cooler or stairwell in back so they know the protocol for the appropriate place to b*tch about stuff at work. ** There are two mirrors in the the entire women's, juniors, plus-size and maternity section and one is constantly blocked off by the sad-sack 30% off racks (this topic to be revisited later) spaced waaay too closely together and the piles of re-stocking carts the employees leave in front of the mirrors. ** The aforementioned 'sad sack' sales racks. There's a good 30-ft of 30%-off juniors stuff that's packed on those racks. They're never organized by size and because everything's jammed in so tightly, you can't pull stuff out to look at it. The 30% racks are largely juniors clothing items, or at least they rarely ever put the juniors stuff on 50 or 75% off. ** There's another long row of disorderly racks of 30, 50, and 75% off but it's almost exclusively plus-sized or the 'mom-jeans' type of stuff. ** This is probably a more general Target thing, but I need to take it out on someone and it's going to be this Target since they've been on a several-month-long streak of pissing me off. The selection of women's clothing and accessories has gone so downhill that sometimes I don't even bother perusing (my former favorite thing). I feel like if you're not pregnant or looking for dowdy stuff, there's nothing very adult, and the younger stuff has gotten so young (and cheap) that there's no longer a section for 20-somethings looking to shop affordable for their wardrobe. Why is every shirt a crop top? Nobody looks good in those, at least not the Target ones in ultra thin material with the trashiest shades of neon with lame printed peace signs and hearts. Nothing more than tween ho garb. It's like it's Daytona Beach circa 1985, but without any of the retro kitsch. ** Twice I've come here and been corralled into checking out at customer service since other lines were so long, and they basically pushed my stuff back into my cart after scanning and gave me a wad of plastic bags to bag myself on the way out. It's just no longer up to snuff. So much so that for the first time in years I actually have more than the bank-stated minimum on my regular bank account, because now that this Target is borderline terrible, I don't spend all my money here. read more

The Customer Service is CRAP here. I walked in and walked pass like 12 employees and NOT person manage to say hi or even acknowledge me. I know I am not a ghost so I don't know how you missed me!!! But since I have a life to live, I went on to purchase my stuff and when I was ready to check out, where I passed up more speechless employees, the cashier could not get her register to work properly so she was jumping from register to register until she finally decided to call for help. besides all that I guess its your typical target....but really work on your customer service guys read more

What I like the most about target is they are not only a grocery store but also a department store. It is convenient, I am able to buy my groceries and I am also able to shop for a lot of different interesting items. It is huge and always clean. Selections are always well stocked. Produce and meat section is always fresh.  On my recent visit, there are tons of items that are on sale. I was also able to buy amazing Christmas decorations at reasonable prices. I met a shopper while I was buying decorations, she shares that she also bought one and recommended a particular design. I thought it would be a nice experience but I went to the bathroom only to see a lot of tissues scattered on the floor and I ended up not using the bathroom. I was at the checkout when I told the staff about it, and she apologized. It was not her fault but I appreciate it. She is definitely the best staff I have ever met. read more

I visited this Target from out of town because we left our baby's bottles for his milk in Texas(long story;)) I took my son with me because my wife was working. Got everything we needed and left without any issue but when we got back to the hotel I realized that the bottles I purchased were not in the bag. I called the Uber and didn't get a response(another review for another time.) I traveled back to this Target and was surprised at the empathy and quick resolve to replace my missing items. Dennis at customer service analyzed the situation and was able to locate and replace my items without question. Him and his colleagues definitely turned a stressful and hectic situation into an easy fix with a seamless transition. Score one for their team! Thank you! read more

You come in with a specific list of needs, and you end up leaving with 20 other things you forgot that you "needed" and $150 over the allotted budget, hating yourself for being such a consuming whore...swear it won't happen next time, but you relapse, of course... It's the way of the world now.. It can never be a quick trip for 1 or 2 things...ever...it just never ends up that way. And God forbit you ARE in a hurry, they will only have like 4 lanes open when they've built like 3,000 in a row, but nooooo they can't open another lane and take someone off the floor, they let their customers feel full frustration and beat down, but always get you coming back for more, like the consumption whore you are. Sometimes you can find a good deal, or something marked like 8 times down on clearance...and sometimes they advertise a certain deal or price, but if you are not watching the register as they ring up each item, they won't actually ring up with the deal you THOUGHT you were getting! Be careful people! Be alert, and don't be an idiot. Come prepared, make your list, get your items, and don't be wooed by the sale tags and clearance stickers, get it, get your sh*t and get out as quick as you can. This Target keeps getting better and better. I've been coming here for well over a decade, and it's nice to see it these days. It's a giant store with a large selection of just about everything. There is great clothing, lots of shoes and accessories, all sorts of nicknacks (from cards and gifts to crafts and kitchen and cleaning items), and the grocery selection has really kicked up a notch. Store Review: Bull's eye! My heart would skip a beat when I saw the target sign as I knew I was in for good deals and great selection, but recently I have found that Target has changed there store discount policies. Alot of the items are not as mark down before i.e 75% off in the endcaps. The selections now are also limited with less stock and often items will sell out before they hit the final discount. Occasionally you will get lucky and still net a good find like ice salt and windwasher fluid at 70% off this weekend. I typically do not need the assistance of staff so I can't comment on whether the staff is unfriendly. All and all, target is no longer that heart stopping one stop shop. Pros- still has the sharpest discount compared to other stores Cons- decrease store inventory, less super sales Hidden deals- Sign up for the target credit card to get 5% back on all purchases. This Target location is hit or miss for me most of the time. Unfortunately not all Target locations are created equally. Parking and people can be cray cray sometimes. The employees are also hit or miss, some are super helpful and some just want to mean mug you. They move stuff around quite frequently so sometimes difficult to locate items. this is the most unfriendly store. they don't like coupons, they treat you like you are taking money out of their pockets, i have talked to the manager about this and the fact that the take items off the shelf if there are good coupons out there. My experience here at this Target is really great. Their customer service was really accurate, professional and just great. They are very helpful as well and they would really assist me, very patient too since I would usually always ask for directions and stuff like that. They are also very knowledgeable about their work, professional and their stalls are great, well stocked and all. The place is also cool in itself, their designs is quite awesome and their items and products are really high quality. Some are pretty expensive Although I really think they are definitely worth it, but I can also say that most of them are affordable. The selections are clean and neat, also always fully stocked and organized. I also like their clothing aisle, the clothes have great textures and fiber, I also like how its affordable yet neat with very great designs. I really love this Target! Their place is the best shop I have ever been in this area. They have so huge selection, well-stocked, and lots of variety. You can find anything you need here, they are full of quality items and food, and also their pricing is so fair. This place is so neat and I'm telling you all. The staff/workers there were all so very friendly as well, you can ask them for directions and would answer nicely, unlike on others. Their sales are also very great, some things are quite expensive but they are all on good, 10 out of 10 qualities. I am a fan of the Tar-Jay! We used to shop at this location all the time when we lived in Schaumburg. The parking lot works well for me. No annoying one-ways or dead ends. Of course, I can use my Target Debit Card and save my 5%, so that works for me. I noticed two things during my most recent visit. First, they don't have a deli at this Target. We stopped to get lunch stuff for the week and had to settle for packaged lunch meat. Good thing it was for my hubby because it is highly unlikely that I would nibble on that stuff. Secondly, their staff aren't all the friendliest characters around. I asked a Target Team Member for some guidance. She didn't even lift her head and just sort of tossed her hand in the direction of what I was looking for. Another couple Team Members stood around the refrigerated items yapping it up and mainly blocked the aisles for the paying customers. I was annoyed. It may have just been an off night since we've had good experiences here before. Regardless, I was glad once we were driving out of the parking lot. read more
