I came into Walgreens with my sisters to pick up photos and with so much time to kill. There's a line of like 3 people total but no biggie since it's Christmas time we get it lol, take all the time yall need. The lady in front of us ordered some photos and wanted to pick them up. This is the part it gets fun, some dude at the kiosk needed help but only spoke Spanish and was trying to pester the guy behind the counter with a polo to help him without waiting in line, but the worker was already helping this lady that was rightfully in line. The worker got upset and sassy and when the lady was speaking to him super calmly saying "im sorry it said it would be ready by 11:30" and it's 1:30 in the afternoon, the worker goes crash out mode "WELL I JUST GOT HERE I DONT KNOW WHAT YOU EXPECT ME TO DO".... I mean maybe make the photos dude? YOUR CRASHING OUT FOR NO REASON XD lmaooo me and my sisters look away and snicker because this dude is crashing out and he apparently just started the shift lol. We would have stood up for the lady but she had it handled. We're reacting and laughing to what we heard when we got the super nice young lady to help us but we were definitely hoping to also get crashed out on. She prints our photos on the spot and we take off to buy some drinks. Definitely worth the wait and laugh my sisters and me now share. For the most part, this Walgreens is ok at best. They rarely restock on makeup. Everything is already opened and tested. The pharmacy always seems to have an issue with my prescription's "directions" so the "30 minute wait" soon turns to over a hour... and they always assure you it isn't their fault. This has happened to me 3 different times now, with 3 different doctors' prescriptions. It gets old fast. Not to mention the assistant is usually bad mouthing other people for not being patient enough. I usually laugh it off in hopes that I'll get my meds quicker, but alas, it doesn't happen. Now I'm being told that the pharmacist doesn't want to hold the line for the doctor, so I need to come back later after waiting an hour... ridiculous! read more

I like this Walgreen's because it's not Rite Aid on Pacific Blvd or CVS next door to La Curacao, which means that it's not very crowded. When I drop off a prescription at the pharmacy, I usually only wait about 5 minutes or not at all-which is the complete opposite of CVS, where the wait extends down the length of aisle just to drop off. They are pretty accurate with pick up times as well. I think that the pharmacy staff are better than the regular store staff because they are more polite and don't seem to be from around H.P. I went in last month and I dropped a $5 bill and the cashier tried to steal it from me! This has prevented me from buying ANYTHING at this store except for filling my grandmother's prescriptions and not having to wait very long to fill them (hence the 3 stars). Otherwise, I make all my toiletry purchases at trusty TARGET. If this place didn't have the pharmacy I'd give it a half star. read more

Promotional aisle is always set to impress around the holidays. And let's not forgot about the team members, very knowledgeable and always smiling. When I moved my prescriptions over to this pharmacy it was efficiently ran. Two women were at the counter and they had you in and out Fast! Now it's these guys that are doing all these other functions in addition to helping those of us that are only doing a pickup. To add add injury to insult the refills on meds that I ordered via their app are still not ready TWO days later!! I've tried coming earlier in the day and later after work. No diff. I want and NEED those efficient ladies back! read more

The worst experience ever!!! I was sick and purchased some medicine (the pharmacist recommended the Walgreens brand) and it wasn't working, so I decided to exchange it for the Mucinex. They treated me horribly and one guy even suggested that I stole the medicine. When he pissed me all the way off and I krpy questioning his decisions he decided that I was being rude and disrectful and refused to sell me ANYTHING!!! I wrote a letter to Corporate and hope that they look into this incident. read more
