She answered all of my questions without rushing me and explained everything so clearly over the phone. Even though they didn't have a room available at that moment, she still took the time to accommodate me by scheduling me at a different location within the same Plush Derma clinic network. They have multiple locations, which makes it very convenient, and the process was seamless thanks to her help. The clinic itself is super clean, modern, and very welcoming.
